is the problem in port or not?

    Hi, i have a free vps, i installed oscam and noip2 because it has ip nat 10.221.1.174 , when i try to open it so "hostname-dyndns:port" by my pc local, it not opened .


    I typed this command # sudo netstat -tlnpu


    the result is:


    7420/oscam tcp 0 10.221.1.174:12000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
    7420/oscam tcp 0 10.221.1.174:16001 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
    7420/oscam tcp 0 10.221.1.174:16000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN


    the vps adress ip public is 32.X.X.X


    where is the problem?
