Cccam/Oscam Ubuntu server problem

Hi Guys.

Did an update on ubuntu server, restarted and oscam wont run. Cccam seems ok but defo no Oscam running. Any ideas? Tried everything.

Checked all my files , configs etc. I only did an update and now oscam wont run. Log files are empty.

Have tried that comand. How do I check that the oscam binary file has full permissions please?

Thanks but I am using 11.04 and when I right click and go to properties it looks nothing like what you have posted. Anyway I have sorted it now. It was the permissions for some reason all the oscam folder had changed to root so I used the gksu nautilus command and changed the permissions back to what the should be. I also found a useful script on another site. Am I allowed to post a link to it?

Its happened again. Oscam has just stopped and will not start whatever I do. Is there a tutorial on how to just install Oscam on ubuntu? If so is it possible for me to reinstall over old one and re config?

Did a re install and everything is ok except it will not see the s** card. Here is my log file. Please help anyone.

Dont know what I did master G but I rebooted this morning and all is well. I dont understand how it fix's it'self. Very odd. This new look Ubuntu 11.04 looks ok as well.

Everything was fine untill I rebooted my server. CCcam starts no problem Oscam will not start. Used the command sudo oscam -b seems to have started (it doesn't) used the command kill all -9 oscsam (it says process not found) Is there anything else I can do to start oscam?
