amiko alien box 2 +

Hi I'm new to the forum i have an amiko alien 2 + box I'm having difficulty with 2 things first is that i can't get it work I've the tutorial on here I've used dcc i got it working once instead ive installed the amiko 4spark plugins it is ok now i cant get the asian channels to come on black screen I've had a play with edit the satellite menu i get volume no pic where am i going wrong i would really appreciate the help I'm on the verge of smashing it thanks
