IP Address gone?

I am trying to flash a new image for my friend in dreambox 800hd se clone, since the original image sucks!
I tired everything! I can´t mini flash it because everytime i try it show no ip address only says Bios ca no found
I tried dreamup but it looks like the pc wont connected to the software
since no IP Address i can´t use optiflasher?
and Yes i am new in this :)

Did that but i didn't find the IP address, I think i have to install driver for the Com4 in the PC. :)
