autobouquests help

hi im from Ireland and using the 24/06.2015 autobouquests
heres what I find if I set to ireand sd the itv's hd are not showing in bouqests
so ive set it to London and they show up fine so what ive done is edit the custom swap file to this to get as close to Ireland as I can heres the custom swap ive used.so just wondering if there something im missing if I set to Ireland why I don't get the itv's hd in bouquests
