trying to add the ipk to my amiko alien 2 but the file starts to load then disappears says its loaded at end but its not anyone had this problem ? I have ftp the file to my box and also done it via usb

It will work on any enigma2 image. The plugin.py file is inside the ipk, so it should compile for any architecture..

thanks for helping just done this its def in the \usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\SystemPlugins folder but when i restart box plugin cant be found

tried that ipk in another box and it failed also so has anyone got or know where i can get a different ipk for rats channels?

i was stuck on this myself and i seen somewhere to put it in \usr\lib\enigma2\python\Plugins\Extentions and reboot box ,, worked for me

above are the 2 root paths for the 2 files if theres an issue with it your changing the properties from 644 to 744 but extracted files should be left at 644 -
still didnt work guys tried everything suggested
