hi i found an old tm500 super in the bin at work!!! boss threw it out so i went bin hoaking and took it lol anyway iv saved it from the dumpster and gave it a little clean, pluged it in at home and what do you know it works well. Iv put my own cline into it and its working away, however i need to update the channel list. anybody know where i can find an up to date channel list and also i need to know how to install it. iv been looking around on the forum but cant find any new info as of course its an old box. If i can get the channel sorted i can use the box in my bedroom. Im more used to the eginma 2 boxes, i have a vu+ duo2 in the living room.

Dreambox edit. In your settings make sure u select satellite receiver as opposed to enigma 2.

many thanks to all the list works great' just been given a tm500 super i had a play around with it last night and put the latest iQ image onto it and channels all up and running' its great to see there is still support for these old enigma1 stb's' whats the best picture setting CVBS or RGB was thinking of getting a scart to component cable as this supports ypbpr.cheers

no you use an enigma 2 channel list for tm 800 hd
tm 500 super is enigma 1 -
Channel lists for TM500 ARE different in that they are Enigma1 so best use a Enigma1 channel list for the TM500 --THE tm800 is Enigma2
