Hi all.
I have a strange problem on my new box. I don't have sound on my LG TV over the HDMI cable.
On my DM500 HD I have sound.
I tryed 5-6 images, but no luck.
Can someone help me with this?

ive just had the same intermettant problem with my duo 2, had to send it back and get a replacement main board, might be a hardware issue if youve tried a few things already

check the AC3 settings , ive noticed on some images downmux or soming i have to chnage that b4
it came threw the sound , also check you hdmicec settings on the TVhope this helps

i've tried 3 different hdmi cable
my setting are the same as with the dreambox
with dreambox i have sound, but no sound with vu+
and just on my tv

then its defo soming to with teh VU+ then have you looked the AC3 pass or something like that
i hope its not as the user above states as its a nightmare having to wait for replacements but VU are good that way
they actually honor there TnC's, the setting for AC3 passthrew on blackhole was yellow button i think there was option within there to hit another colour n change ithope this helps
