I´m very happy with w7 but would imagine sometime in the near future that and other versions will become obsolete and no support eventually.. -

i wish i could get an update my hp pavillion lappy has'nt closed down properly since i updated on the first day of release, best to wait i think all those who have not yet updated,

Have to agree with you on this, all my pals have updated, but i am of the mind if it ain't broke why try and fix it

I have a few PC's / laptops on windows 10, only one that didnt like it was my gaming PC's display drivers werent happy, not upgraded any of my clients yet, going to give it a few more months.
Its is very easy to revert back to windows 7 only took me 5 mins on the gaming PC -
Same story here lacierva, I updated first day on a Fujitsu lappy and although
it powers off it comes alive again upon opening it up and has lost some battery
power. -
upgraded my samsung ultrabook last week. one minor problem could not adjust brightness. was resolved with graphic driver update. apart from that perfectly ok

I keep a cloned Hard Drive of all my computers and I must admit I love Win 7. Your advice is number one in the rule book.
