snapped sly card - is it possible to find the card number?

Hi all, hopefully nobody will laugh....although hope i can in a few weeks..

i have snapped my sly irish card , so i cannot read the card number to call them to get it activated again, i need to call them so they can send activation again as it hasn't updated since end of July as it wast out of my server.

sorry forgot to say - card reads fine in oscam, does oscam show anywhere the full card number?

i have left it in server and on RTE one but nothing has come through over the last hour, do you think it will update itself or has it been out of server for too long?

i am not sure if this is a bad sign. last night i could see out dated entitlements , but now i can only see 1 tier line - what does that mean? has it been killed or do i need to put it back in any sly box to get the card number to get it re-activated? or if can find the card number (as think i wrote it down ages ago and put it somewhere safe) and then ring them to re-activate it, can this be done if i just leave it in the server?

Slight issue... Found a really old white sly+ box, and I have inserted it whilst having everything disconnected but in the system menu it shows no card under the viewing card number

Is that the box or card?

Got the number by leaving it in the box and powering it off and on again

hey guys,

got card re-activated, but think i missed the EMM's as not really sure what config should be using, i have got it in a unibox with vix

version of cam is OSCAM: 1.20-unstable_svn Build: r10077 & cccam i am seeing the below pretty much whatever speed i run it at and i did see skipped and error emm's on the reader, so i know i am close, but they didnt write to the card, any ideas what the below means, before i post configs

just an update - thanks to master g i used his configs and left it on RTE 1 over night and got 24 entitlements come through and can view RTE 1 and sly sports news , but cannot view sports 1 etc or setanta, do you think it will all start clearing if leave it longer on RTE 1 or leave it on sly sports news ? Do you think it will start clearing all channels if leave it longer?

hope people have played this waiting game before and can tell me what i should do

i am also seeing this in the log - DVBAPI] Demuxer #0 impossible to descramble PID #2 CAID 0960 PROVID 000000 ECMPID 0507 PMTPID 010F (NO MATCHING READER)

Stevejo just had a thought and sorry to sound stupid. But from what entitlements I have, how can I check these against the channels. Eg what would I be looking for on entitlements to see if I have got setanta etc

Just an update... Over night I have had 24 unique EMM written & 17 unique EMM skipped is this normal?

I still can't clear sly sports 1-5 etc , but can clear sly sports news hq & sly 1 , is that strange as I would of thought all sports would clear ?

another update and i think i have answered my own question lol

on sports 1 - 5 and setanta i get classD3 ins54: no cw --> Card needs pairing/extra data

this was paired to a very old HD box, would i be correct in thinking that i do not put this card back into the HD box, but i get it paired to a SD box and then i will be back up and running? and if i will be back up and running i bet i won't get the setanta HD channel, would that also be correct?

man this is being a headache, i have phoned and complained a few times now, and at first the refuse to pair it to the white sly plus box and after arguing for awhile they say they will do it, but still can't get sly sports etc

i have even turned off and held down the backup button until all lights come on and still not clearing ...

may have to threaten their families when calling again lol
