Is it possible to use VPN for my debian server

    Hi All


    I'm running a debian server which seems to be slowing my internet down



    When its turned off everything runs fine but when its on a few hours my ping goes very high approx 3500ms and the speeds are terrible


    I think my ISP is capping me would VPN server fix this issue?
