Epg Problem

I have just got a dm800se my old dm800 packed up but I am having issues with the EPG about 60% of the channels have no EPG information. I am using crossepg with opentv 28.2 selected. I tried the rytec one and it was the same but it scanned and loaded the data very fast is that normal?

Any help would be great as I don't have much hair left. It is using an openpli 2.1 image
