DM800 HD Communication Issue

I'd like to change the image in my dm800 but I can't communicate with the receiver. I type in the ip addy on my laptop and all I get is a 404 Not Found error. I have been doing this for years and have never encountered this problem. I recently changed my internet service and this also happens with my vu+solo2 as well.
