Additional repositories in XBMC (BH image)

Has anyone managed to install any additional repositories in their XBMC system (Black Hole image)? Everyone I have tried XBMC reports "Addon does not have the correct structure".

Do you use the method shown in http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=79730&p=260730? I never get an "update all option" and when I "update from zip" the status msg at the bottom RH screen shows "Addon does not have the correct structure". Just trying to get Genesis to work in XBMC - when installed by MasterG's installer in the Linuxsatsupportaddon no links are ever shown (they used to be) and clicking on any movie/series/TV etc rather than give a list of sources I just get a "no available source" message in the bottom RH screen. Any ideas would help.
