Bang for buck they are very good, especially if you order direct from china a twin tuner can be bought for 60 quid.
There are new models on the way that promises a dual core chipset, so if you are not in a rush i would wait for that version as it will be much faster than current model.... -
Thanks for that mite just do that ..anybody else .

Yes wait for the dual core. It will be faster and stable.

is the single tuner model as stable as a vu zero?
VU is supported by just about every build team, and some teams only support VU. Its not as "stable" but it is less than a third of the price
my zgemma boxes run as "stable" as any of my other boxes, but that is due to the image your running and how it is setup, simple as. -
i tend to only run run vix on my genuine boxes but i see there is a vix imagefor the zgemma star s so id be interested in that but only if it runs a vix image stable
-
had 2 of these boxes , they are very good for less than 100 pound ,,, i use dm 8000 , dm 800 , vu ultimo won off this very site , and some f7,s , for the money
they are good , picture quality is good coupled with all the linux extras it is good value pluss no fan -

It's not an Official OpenViX image, not supported by OpenViX. For list of officially supported receivers visit www.openvix.co.uk
Better off spending a little extra and buy an officially supported receiver. Look at the Xtrend ET9500, fantastic spec for only £129 with Official support from many teams.
