The motor bracket that fixes to your pole will have a latitude scale on it, set it to your latitude, i.e. 53. In your case. The bracket on the dish can then be set manually once you have sent the dish to 0.8w, to get maximum signal.
The short pole of the motor shouldn't be parallel with the pole on the wall.

I guess only the original poster knows how close the point he picked is to his dish, but four significant digits after the decimal is quite accurate. The only question is does he or his immediate neighbor have a ???????? ;)

Is 0.8W the sat nearest to true south for your location i know you checked at dishpointer but not all of UK is 0.8W for nearest to true south
