Duo 2 no European sats clearing

Tried a couple of backup images , ftp my oscam server file to box,updated channel list
I can get 28 degrees ok cam working , turn dish to another sat , free channels working but no cam working on paid channels,
Any ideas

you need a peer to share those ppv channels...

Again ,maybe I misunderstand your post but you wrote FTA ok but no PPV opening ?? or signal???
if you have a good signal snr+ Ber , then check your configs as at least one of your peers should clear channels if you don´t have said local card..
