Blade 7000 9991 nenu

hi, I am in the process of changing provider for my :N connection however I can not find the 9991 menu to add the details. I have updated my firmware to the latest I can find 24/03/14 but still can not access the 9991 menu it opens the 9992 menu no problem. Can I add the details via usb?

any help will be much appreciated.... im struggling

I've the same problem...

9991 does not bring anything on my BM7000s

9992 brings up the Select CAS menu fine.

Firmware is BM7000s-24-03-14-8ex
H/W Version 1.00
Boot Version 5.30
CH Version F015

I already have my csfile.txt on a usb stick, but have no way to install it....

HELP!!!

Yep, I've updated to the latest patched firmware, still nothing!!

Go into the main menu and the password section and see if the CAS section is switched to on or off
