Not sure buddy, could you explain why 1.29 is supposed to be the best.
-
read on another site I am using 1.35 or 1.38 and some channels wont open yet they are ok on ccccam any ideas?
-
All i can think of is the version of CCcam that is being used as server to feed Mgcamd client, CCcam 2.0.11 is the most stable.
-
so on a vu+ duo box i have the option of selecting ccam 2.0.11 or ccam 2.2.1 or mgcamd 1.38
should the 2.2.011 cam be switched on but enable mgcamd1.38 at start up?thanks
-
Both would need to be switched on and enabled at startup.
Have you tried oscam+Mgcamd too see if that clears the channels ?
I have made this for you to test, you will have to edit newcamd.list, change 192.168.1.5 to your servers ip address.
-
thanks i will test this later as I have to go out
by the way just wondering what image you are using mine is Vix
-
Look at the file name, enigma2-plugin-cams-Oscam_6059+Mgcamd_1.38-ViX.ipk .
-
just a qick one AI have edited files but not an ipk file How do you edit this for my ip address? Thanks
-
Install the ipk as normal no need to edit it, after its installed edit newcamd.list that will be in /usr/keys and restart both cams, oscam first then mgcamd.
-
got an error when installing it says it clashes file is already provided by package. Will i delete the existing 1.38?
-
tried again I can see it when I download plugins on the box but when I try and download it a quick message appears that I cant read and its not visible in softcams
-
Did you reboot after installing the new ipk ? It wont appear until a reboot is done.
-
thats better once i deleted 1.38 and re-installed it appeared so now i am running cccam 2.0 and oscam
so far looks good thanks
-
i use mgcamd 1.38 no problem at all
-
i tried most mgcamd , but gave up in the end, was getting lots of glitching and freezing..went back to my CCcam....might try it again...
