Hi, was hoping someone could help me, my crossepg isn't saving for me, the harddrive is mounted and initialised, so can record etc.. But I think it is down to tunner b not getting a lock? It goes green, then a red x.. Is this maybe the issue?

yep i would think that would be the problem bud..... what is your tuner config setup as?
I've it set the same as tunner 1, simple, single, 28.2..

Do you have a signal wire from lnb connected to tuner B?
