BH Green & Blue panels - disappeared!

I've installed Multi Quickbutton to customise my button configuration but doing this has 'removed' my BH green and blue button panels...

I've looked through re-assigning the buttons to the correct values but can't seem to find the right input under MQB...

Could someone with this installed tell me what theirs says?

Green I don't really use but blue I'm never done with!

Looks like there is a bug in Multi Quickbutton 2.7.10R2 with BlackHole...

I've reverted to an earlier version and it works fine!
