Make sure the chip on the card faces the same direction as the lights on the reader and restart oscam.
That log doesnt show anything pal, can we have more info from a recent log.

Quotesorry to be a total newbie but how do i delete this oscam.dvbapi ?
FTP to /etc/tuxbox/config/ you will see oscam.dvbapi file, right click on it with DCC and delete.
Delete oscam.dvbapi and give us another log.
What way did you setup the smargo with the windows utility ?
Normal Mode = Linux pc server
Dreambox Mode = Dreambox
Hi jono i need oscam.server and .user also buddy.
If you are using oscam as cardreader then dvbapi is not needed and will stop CCcam from working.
There are other problems like no matching reader and rejected group, post your oscam configs so we can edit them, also install CCcam 2.1.3.

Post your oscam log or copy the info from webinfo so we can see if there are any errors.
2.1.3 & versions below can make an line appear as local, bear in mind not all cards can be read directly in cccam so some people have no option but to use 2.1.3 as its the only way to make their local show in hop0.
When searching for info on your reader i too saw examples of it working in oscam, all the guides & correct configs you will need are already here, if you get stuck just ask. I imagine you will be up & running sooner than you think.
Have a look at this and see if it helps, Overclocking Dreambox and other Internal Readers in Oscam.
You can improve ECM time by using camd3 instead of newcamd protocol.
Overclocking Configuration Example
For Dreambox and other internal readers the highest possible clock rate will be auto detected. The mhz parameter lets you override the values chosen by OSCam, if it differs from 357 and 358, but usually you will not set any value for mhz.
For certain Dreamboxes (especially PPC clones) the default mhz parameter leads to slow ECM times and/or "not found" ECMs. By setting mhz to values like 200, 300, 400, ... 1600, you can find a value that works for your receiver and your card. The higher themhz value, the slower the ECM time (strange enough).
If you choose the value too low, your card is not recognized (no ATR or card not supported). If you choose the value too high, you get slow ECM times. Our experience is that either no mhz line, or a line mhz = 1000 works best.

Phoenix/Smartmouse Reader
Overclocking does not work with Windows and Mac OS X. Set mhz equivalent to the frequency of the reader. OSCam can not set the frequency of the reader.
Smargo Smartreader+
Set the reader frequency with the native Smargo Smartreader+ tool (srp_tools). Do not set mhz and cardmhz.
Baud Rates
OSCam tries to set the baudrate automatically. A standard serial port has limited baudrate settings, so SC overclocking might not work. When using a serial reader the best way for overclocking is connecting it to a FTDI based USB to serial port adapter.
If overclocking does not work, verify the effective baudrate in the logfile. If it deviates too much from the requested baudrate, the SC will not be recognized (no ATR) and the value for mhz should be adjusted again. The higher the baudrate, the more accurate the effective baudrate can be.
Its not possible to use DCC for uploading bouquets, you need a channel list editor like dreamset or dreambox edit.
You will find all the tools and guides in this section Channel list Editors & Support.
ok iv tryed that and still no joy mate?
Ok you need to give a bit more info so i can help you look at oscam webinfo main page you will see the log, post here what it is outputting, be careful not to post any boxid or serial number.
do them comands go in one at a time press retune key after each entry or all together
One at a time mate.
write ok im in but what sould it look like
Either you will see entitlements or you wont, if not follow the next step.
how do i get the info bar up then i copy and paste ur link but it dident work?
Make sure you have the correct ip here
im running occam m8 im using the image built by ten the only thing is i know the ca** dont have movies but does have sport
It sounds like the card is being read by cccam, did you reboot after inserting the card?
Look at oscam web info, In your web browser type
E.G 192.168.0.9
Username & password = admin
Click Readers
Then view entitlements
If all is well you will see the cards entitlements, if you cannot see any connect to the box with dcc & issue the following commands in telnet
Then try a sport channel again.
Look here for your package mate.
Oscam configs for all packages
Also since this is your first post please make an introduction.
