You are getting ERROR opening device /dev/sci0, try changing the device in oscam.server to /dev/sci1 and restart from softcam manager.

Thats ok, if you want to change the oscam version you will need to edit the script, will be in /var/camscript/ or /usr/camscript/ but you dont need to edit this for it to work, its just a display name for the softcam manager.

Did you chmod 755 the renamed binary ?

Right click on oscam and change attibutes to 755, then restart the cam in softcam manager.

Type this in telnet, oscam -b, this restarts oscam, if oscam binary has a problem you will get an error message.

Its possible that version of oscam does not have webif compiled, have you tried what i added in post 8 ?

Apparently it does not always interested in what we do here. But anyway, on the first page is where a 2.5 system reboot, despite full enabel qWickie and should just work out of the enigma2 menu again.

Oscam log file is in /var/log/oscam.log.

If you find webif isnt working try to update to a more recent version of oscam.

Rename the ppc tuxbox binary to oscam and replace the existing oscam binary with the renamed binary, chmod 755, you will find the binary in /var/bin/.

It has an old channel list on it, upload a recent catseye Enigma1 setting or rescan the satellite.

I have no idea what your boxkey is buddy, you will have to convert it yourself using this tool Dreambox Config Creator v0.9.5 by B16MCC

Try removing the line from oscam.server

Then look at oscam web info or logs & post what you see when trying to clear pick tv, there is a problem with premier sports at the moment it seems.

I "play" around with gadgets and just have to "exercise" created a simple gadget.
The gadget does almost nothing other than the pages of CCcam webinterface to parse and render.

Be the whole purpose of this gadget has not been discussed in my opinion, but this gadget has some features that other gadget laymen - like me - certainly sweeten the start, even if you'd like to "ran" "
In addition to "Ajax", "spinner", error handling and the "permanent storage of settings" still stuck in there more subtleties.

Just look around, maybe it even inspired one or the other for more meaningful - DreamBox? - Gadgets

Possibly peer is using ecm whitelist in oscam & it just needs updating to the new values.

You can use oscam as card reader and CCcam to control your server, separate emulators.

Or use CCcam protocol within oscam itself.

You might find Oscam+CCcam2.1.3 combo on your DM8000 addons panel, or install TSpanel plugin and find the cams there.

What image are you using on the DM8000 ?

Exactly the same here guys its not the same as pick tv as that one still clears with oscam, i have read elsewhere that sly ecm lengths changed the other day, interesting times ahead.
