    no they didnt come on, basically it had a nabilosat image with the early version of oscam 40 something build and that kept going off randomly, anyone know why this is? so i put your image on with flashwizard and once it was done and before i manually restarted the box the channels all start working , then arter i reboot i dont get nothing no matter how long i wait
    and when i check on the oscam webinterface its coming up with an error the theres no reader, so ive flashed back to nablosat which works but as i say every now and again once to twice a day i have to restart oscam as it randomly stops

    Is this a story or a question related to this image ?

    Ah okay and if I have my peers in oscam.server and oscam.user I remove them from CCcam? bit of a stupid question but just want to make sure.

    I think you have a lot of reading to do fergyc, if you are using oscam & cccam then c&f lines belong in cccam.cfg
    beer10

    You can use oscam as the card reader and CCcam 2.1.3 will be the server for your clients.

    Or you can use CCcam protocol in oscam and add all you clients there.

    When putting my Sly boxkey into OSCAM is it the same as the one I put into CCcam or is it the numerical one I need?

    Also, do I just add the N Line in CCcam.cfg and wipe everything else or keep the boxkey in there too?

    As Master G said it is not required, to answer your question yes it is the same boxkey but you must enter it differently

    In cccam
    BOXKEY: /dev/X 12345678

    X = reader

    In Oscam
    BoxID = 12 34 56 78

    The only difference is the spacing.

    Remove the boxkey from CCcam.cfg and add the n line.

    Boxkey is not needed in oscam, if theres a line in oscam.server called Boxid, just # or remove it and oscam will read the boxkey automatically.

    ok, the reader shows the entitlements. the lines were made with ccam line manager e.g C: wizzy.dyndns.org 55555 below 10 F: below 10 0 0 0 { 0:0:1 }
    I only have flines for clients in cccamcfg, do I need to put them somewhere else?? Something in my head is telling me i need to put 1 fline somewhere else, sure I read it somewhere

    This will allow them to view your local only with no reshare, if they are using a pc server or have
    minimum downhops 1
    enabled in their own box cccam.cfg this will explain why they cannot see your card.
    Change it to 0 0 0 { 0:0:2 } and ask your peer if they can now see the card.

    hi,
    it was the auto install tutorial from here http://linuxsat-support.com/li…-installation-ubuntu.html .Listen port is open, static ip set. In server tab it shows one card although the entitlements tab shows nothing. The flines have been copy n pasted from the cfg file in my dm500 which I have been using as my server.In cccam server I can see clients who are connected to me.

    This is good it means the card is being read by oscam

    To check entitlements in oscam

    In your web browser type

    Code
    http://[COLOR='#FF0000']Ip_Of_Server[/COLOR]:8888/

    E.G 192.168.0.9

    Click Readers

    Then view entitlements

    How have you made the flines
    e.g F user password 2 0 0 { 0:0:2 } { } { } peers dns
