Make sure the sqlite plugin & importer are installed. It will show if they are.

You do not need to open ports if you controlling via local network mate.

If you are working on your friends receiver then i would recommend using Teamviewer.
Its brilliant for remote access because it gives you full control over his pc but he can see everything that you are doing..

Have a read of these guys,i used m old 500 to make this guide & the epg works 100%. The other is newer but feedback on it is excellent.

Try Tunisiasat addons manager 3.0 it has the extra url download and all the plugins you will need. Its an ipk file so you can install by using DCC, click tools, ipkg packages, upload package.

Menu - Setup - VIX - Image Manager - New Backup, choose usb or hard drive.

You dont use dcc, you need either Dreamset or Dreamboxedit to upload the file.
This is only a channel list and doesnt have anything to do with EPG.

Anything you are unsure of please ask in the forum as this will help others in the same boat.

To find out what sim and bootloader the DM800 has try this,,
Pull the plug, then hold the power button on the front panel and power up again.
Watch the led screen, it will show you the sim and bootloader information..

If you cant access the menu to delete the channels that are causing the problem then you will have to upload a new firmware or dump file.

I think your right there mate, when i first used it i was prompted to install vlc plugin ( i think )
using firefox here, but web tv working with ie too.

using this for months, web interface works 100%
Press green select webinterface and configure it.

The changelogs in the newer images state a web interface fix, so installing a new image will fix it.
I'm still using an older image where the webtv doesn't work.

What image are you using mate?
The only one ive had to apply a fix for was nemesis 2.1

If you use the tunisiasat addons manager, click drivers and you will see other drivers that are not ramiMAHER`s work..

I updated the drivers on Unofficial dream elite v.133dv3 phoenix edition with no problems and its not ramiMAHER`s image.

You could also try installing the most recent drivers for the DM800 clone.

There are two options for installing an image on flash.
Through your browser which takes 2 minutes or by using dreamup which takes around an hour.
If you want to use meoboot then you will need one image installed in flash and the rest of the images nfi file in meoboots folder /media/hdd/mbootupload.
When you restart the receiver it boots to meoboot menu giving the option to choose which image you want.
