I have download new channel list but I dont know how to update channels from same list. I ended up doing auto scan for the relevant sat. My box automatically refreshed its channels and now I can watch the "missing" channels, like CNN HD ...

The solo 4k is a great box it is an arm processor so does not run cccam but does run oscam and many others.
you guys are gadget gurus and I talking from the experience of a naive man.
I upgraded from vu+ duo 2 to Solo 4k with a hope that I might able to view some 4k content but unfortunately I could not find any single Sports or Movie 4k channel yet.....
After spending some time, yes I found Oscam easy to work with then C**cam manager. But Oscam seems to very complicated and cleverly deigned...
Is there any better sat box available then vu+ Solo 4k?
There is also C**cam conver to *scam convert. you can put you cl*ne and get *cam lines ready to go in your box via html after ip address of your box type :8888
I upgraded from Vu duo 2 to Solo 4k and to be honest, it not worth upgrading it, unless you are obsessed to spend money on gadgets for nothing....
I highly recommend Vu Duo 2 over Solo 4k

my issue is, some of the channels has stopped missing, and I dont know how to update channels and get up to date channel list.

The splitter is internal.
When I was recording a cable channel. it was not able to few most of other channels, they become disabled from the list

I have got Solo 4k and it comes with type C twin tuner ....
What does TWIN mean, since there is only ONE connection IN.....
I am also unable to use both oScam and Mg-camd together in my solo 4k

Why would you want to run oscam and mgcamd together? You can both your peers in oscam.
I have one VM line and supplier told me that it will work only in MGcamd and I got line for 19.2e for OScam. I like oscam as I can manage it via html.....
I am using solo 4k with open atv image .... I also have some stability issue with this image ...
What sort of two cams I can run simultaneously on solo 4k?

I have tried couple of images.
I have tried, Black hole on Vu Duo 2, 1) Open VTI, BlackHole, OpenPli, OpenVix
then I upgraded to Solo 4k, I tried BlackHole, VTI and OpenATV 6.0
My opinion is, Blackhole is the best image and most stable and uptodate with latest kodi etc
VTI has offer best graphical skins, adjustable menu
But I ended up with OpenATV only because Master G is recommending it as the best skin...
will use my sat box with motorised dish again plenty of options will not be going down iptv route
How to get C*lines for rest of the world? As most of people are after HD movies/Documentaries/Sports Channels

As long as IPTV is concern, I have experienced it through my Android box, I personally found is absolute waste of money and time. Its picture quality is far inferior, it was less reliable and far too slow to connect and almost impossible to record the channels etc....
Yes, IPTV boxes from Sly and vm might be operating with a better software ...

In my opinion, it is best for people to raise one thread for each specific issues rather than bundle all their problems in one thread. Deal with things one at a time.
I would recommend that you start a new thread about picons. Nobody here is a mind reader, we don't know which picons you installed. Whether you installed SNP or SRP.
good idea but I have hell lot of issues, one upon another one .... you will see my threads everywhere lol .... thats why I wanted to keep this forum tidy up...
I also got issue with HDD, I got 1TB HDD but I cant make it work for me and I can see small picons on Solo 4k front Panel but it Otomon skin does not show any of picon on info bar or channel list for VM, cable list but it does work on other sat channels
I also want to know can I make solo panel to show full picons only. I managed to it with my Vu Duo 2 box but solo 4k is different
