    i play 4k games on pc from 1440 to 3840 x 2160 and 4096 x 2160 using sli msi gtx 980 i have to select adaptive in nvidia to keep it too max 60fps anything over screen tearing central.


    i dont think skys stb are capable of delivering 4k, ffs they dont even do 1080p!!! its 720, yea you can set the box to 1080i but it 100% isnt, its 720.


    my pc only just manages 4k @ an average 50-60fps thats a i7 4790k OC to 5.0Ghz 16gb ram 2400 sli 980s and samsung ssd pro using a 1050w corsair cpu.


    4k will be @ 25-30fps regardless of sports, gaming yes 60fps is a target but its a struggle to get the 60fps

    Id say stick with here for shares as it is strict on payservers meaning your prob more protected here sharing it in "VIP" section.


    its always a caution in sharing if they have real cards or not as its so easy to fake it, but tbh not many people share via there "home" BB / server these days.


    suppose could ask em to write date and username on paper and photo of card in server showing entitlements, but its all on your own choice who to share who not to share


    also look at getting cache shares too it will help alot.


    if you share 20 shares and they share back they also have "cached" ecms these can be reused so may as well share that too and they do same back helps reduce load rather than request local as it may well be sitting in cache anyways :)

    its also a shame having these high end boxes but unable to watch any HD unless use euro that has HD on it, not really being used to there full potential :( reason why i wont upgrade atm solo2's suffice, but the HD quality was decent on em when "we" had HD :(

    i ued these bad boys, never had a issue always full signal around house all have same ssid password etc so when i walk into another room i connect straight away even down the garden a good 50 meters away from main hub still great signal, plus really good has etho too, you can also add as many as you wish through out the house.

    its a media panel add repo get content add your own films etc connect to external servers see there content, its a powerful and great piece of software


    kodi is just updated from xbmc


    i use it for full blu ray films plays straight from iso but there is lots more you can do

    try remove ident or add 0963:000000 not just 000000
    also try remove all caid and ident all together


    then make sure a request is getting to the reader otherwise it will stay unknown


    also check opened ports google "check open ports"


    apart from that i know nothing else why it wouldnt connect

    I wouldnt bother we have plenty of these, what we are running short on is HD and a fix, plough your time in to EMU instead if you really have that much spare time :)
