btw, you should clean up your oscam config files, all the parameters with = [blank] are not necessary...

start with something like this in oscam.user :

there is Poverkhnost on 39E that is an i***** card

in oscam.reader, you can start with this and see what oscam says :

type this in a terminal :

and try to see if there is something about "brltty"

if yes, remove it :

sudo apt-get remove brltty

reboot and test again

also, try to install this package (if you are running a 64bits ubuntu version)

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs

not sure about the package name...

you should be able to compile oscam with smartreader support then

libusb-dev package installed ?

sudo apt-get install libusb-1.0-0-dev

& reboot

1- channel not available on your card, maybe you can use oscam.services to filter : create a service with the channels you have and ignore the others (on your local reader)

2- difficult to say without a log, but you should try last oscam stable release (6089 i think). when you have black screen, what do you see in webinfo ? oscam uses your 2 friends readers or another reader ? try to use services too, priorise Geo news from your 2 friends.

dont know about the red thing on startup as i didn't see the sat123's debian serveur boot up

the problem was brltty package, had to remove it (and reboot) so oscam can use the smartreader and read card correctly.

if you use CCcam with OSCam, you have to disable/remove the [dvbapi] part in oscam.conf and the dvbapi user in oscam.user too
