Change image, as it looks like the stream doesn't support MPEG4/H264 (HD), and for sure it will not work with UHD (H265/HEVC) as the hardware of this box doesn't support it.

If you don't get any IP, it could come from your modem/router. Did you tried to turn it off and on ? Then press the power button while you turn on the box (with power back button) until you see on the color LCD screen an IP address. Naturally the Network cable MUST be connected from the box to the Router/Modem.

I tried to get it work with the japhar sim card. Didn't get any ipaddress while holding in the power button when starting? It said no camd found or something like that? What is wrong, how to fix it please?

I would tell the opposite... CCcam doesn't support DreamOne/DreamTwo architecture aarch64.

Is it possible to upgrade a sim card ferrrari with sowtware to Japhar Sim and if so how?

You can swap the sim from the Ferrari to Japhar, as you would swap the sim in your smartphone changing operator.
The Ferrari sim is only capable of running the Kernel 2.6, and not the Kernel 3.2 (all images of DM500HD). So you will need to swap removing the Ferrari and putting the Japhar.
You can get the Japhar sim on the Japhar support. PM me at toysofts@gmail.com and I will give you the details where to find it.

OpenPLi 8.1 is not compatible with the Kernel 2.6, needs drivers Kernel 3.2... so DM800HDpvr needs to be used with OpenPLi 7.3star,
DM500HD :
Ferrari DM500HD is drivers Kernel 2.6, also stuck to 2.6.
If you want for your DM500HD Ferrari, you need to upgrade it to Japhar Sim, and have Kernel 3.2 compatibility.
