Is there a debug option in DCC? That may shed a clue on why it is not working then maybe a fix.

Did you install dvbsnoop manually or it got installed automatically?

You may wish to use AutoBouquetsMaker for time being.

What is the name of the plugin you installed? It might be possible to delete it (not the same as uninstall). This does not guarantee to stop the green screen.

Plugins are normally located in either:
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins

Do not delete things unless you are sure.

At some stage, you will have to resolve why you cannot flash your receiver.

On OpenPLi, OpenVix, Open BlackHole and other OE-A images, the system copy is in tuxbox. This gets replaced on updates. The user version goes in etc/enigma2/ This will take priority over the system one in tuxbox. It will not be changed/interfered with when you update.

Not sure about black hole.

What do you want to do?

If you want to download from the internet and not satellite, tuner configuration does not matter.

There was a rytec sources change last couple of days, not sure it is involved. Sorry, I can't help further as I don't use internet based EPG gathering yet. However, EPG/XMLTV Importer plugin is better for that purpose in my opinion. Rytec hates CrossEPG downloader. You'll get more positive response if not using CrossEPG

if it stuck on flashing image, it does not like your USB flash drive.

As I said, it is a big mistake telling the receiver that it has a signal wire connected when there isn't one connected. Tuner configuration must match what is connected to it!

People with twin tuner receiver and only one signal wire connected can get more reception by using the internal loop through instead of "wasting the tuner". Some receivers need to have the signal wire connected to tuner B, Tuner A set to loop to Tuner B.

There is no issue with only one signal wire connected, provided you configure the tuners correctly. If I am mistaken, please provide debug logs and a copy of your settings file and issue can be investigated.

It is a big mistake telling the receiver that a tuner has a signal wire connected when it does not. You end up having recording failures and other tuning issues.

You are looking in bouquets, forget that.

When you open your channel lists/favourites, there are coloured buttons.

Red = all
Green = satellites

last scanned is not always there. select the channel from the satellite list.

Have you enabled auto start?

Also, make sure you do not have the L value/address in mg _cfg that sends logs to a non-existent IP address.

You have a cable tuner, but you want it to download data from the satellite. You don't have a satellite tuner, so what you are trying to do is not possible.

If you want to obtain the EPG data from the cable signal wire, zap to the Virgin Preview channel for two minutes daily. You can automate the zappping using EPG refresh plugin.
