You can use rytec using cross EPG downloader plugin or EPG/XMLTV importer plugin. Which one do you want to use?
XMLTV/EPG importer plugin will be already installed. If you want Cross EPG downloader, I'd recommend installing via plugins , download.
I suspect your EPG.dat is corrupt. Stop enigma2 with "init 4" then delete it.

No point keeping channels in favourite if they can't be viewed. You are going to see a blank screen and skip them.

Rat's Bouquets Updater Plugin v2 is the one that lets you select the region.
AB 28.2 does not download anything from the internet. It gets the data from the satellite.
Until you sort out openwebif, AB 28.2 won't work. Maybe try uninstalling/reinstall openwebif.

Is open/webinterface running? This is how AB 28.2 sends zap/check commands. You can be on any channel, including on a different satellite.
The sample sort 3 option is quite interesting.

Where are you saving the EPG to? Best not to use internal flash memory. A HDD if you have one fitted or USB stick will be better.
Have you got more than one USB device connected? If so, disconnect others.
In the stock image, press the TV button to show the bouquets.
If you want those modifications pictured, you will have to install the epg mods

Pressing info button to view the log is causing a crash. If you uninstall it, then reinstall the 20160420 version. replace the three files, the BT HD changes will be applied.

Best to select "clear before scan" as that will remove dead channels.
ABM makes them in the correct order except for the News channels which are not in numerical order.

I am sure that possible issues are:
1. looking at another bouquet or not looking in the bouquet.
2. Have the providers in the wrong order in ABM
3. ABM has not run.
4. Catseye's settings have issues with ABM and AB 28.2.
Hopefully your pictures will help people help you.
However, I would set ABM differently.
In the configure menu:
Add provider prefix to bouquets = YES
Include not indexed channels = YES
Providers
Just select Sky UK. Do not enable any others for now.
In the are, select the one ending with Custom. E.g London Custom. Not London HD or London SD.
Generate main bouquet = NO
Rather than remove the bouquets afterwards, say no to them. Eg create FTA = No
Unless you are on a very recent image, swap channels = No
(Note: Having custom and not-indexed brings in extra features and avoids having to scan other providers)
Please post screenshots of your settings. Seeing the issue is better than going by description sometimes

When you press the TV button on remote, what bouquets are you shown to you? Picture please.
None of the posts above have anything to do with "getting /changing order".
You are trying to do something, people can only help properly if they know what you want/are doing.

The EPG data grew a bit a while back. Receivers with small amount of RAM struggle now. You may wish to create, enable and auto start a swap file. This will give you extra "virtual memory"

Have you tried using the channels data from Ultimo to Duo2? i.e Backup Ultimo ones, transfer to Duo2.
ABM and AB cable uses the headends names. It would be an impossible task to list every town/borough/village. Best to check the official receiver for the netID.
AB cable has an extra facility for pure areas, this is because they only have details for the area.
AB cable will work while on any active cable channel. ABM must be able to tune to the frequency listed in the provider file.
You tell the receiver that there is a motor in tuner B, it will drive it.
It does not matter whether you have a motor or not in "virtual loop out" tuner, "virtual loop in" tuner knows it cannot control it and can only share resource
