The way that most images work is that they leave the most viewable options available. So be default, it will always go to the tuner with the list available services, i.e the fixed tuner will be used.

If you are using Tuner A and there is a recording scheduled (not on same TP), the recording will be done on teh other tuner. Reasons are: 1. You are watching something, do not disturb your viewing. 2. You want to record something.

There is no way to release a tuner while a recording is taking place.

As above, change your preferred tuner for recordings. However, note the tuner occupancy issues. You may also want to make your preferred viewing tuner the motorised one as well.

How did you detremine that you were recording on Tuner A?

What was being recorded?
What did you want to zap to?

Name it "tv.png"

The post installation script is not working very well. On some images, it is renaming/deleting the wrong file. On some, it is doing neither.

So going back to basics. The mips reader will be the default. SH4 reader will also be included, SH4 users can delete/rename as they have always done. I suppose we could have two separate installers if required.

4) If you have an SH4 receiver, you need to ensure that you are using the SH4 reader. 
A. Delete the default mips reader file in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AutoBouquets/
B. Rename "autobouquetsreader.sh4" to "autobouquetsreader"
C. Ensure "autobouquetsreader" still has 755 properties

If you look at the download thread, there should be manual installation version. Grab the reader file from there and replace the one you have. Any version after September will be fine.

Looks like this combined installer is being troublesome.

You will have to replace the reader file. The mipsel reader won't work. If you lookin the download thread, the SH4 reader was posted.

AB 28.2 only does 28.2, so can't have got German channels. Which version did you install (please say date)?

Did you replace the reader file? You must use the reader for SH4 architecture on the Amiko.

Are you talking about "AutoBouquetsMaker" or "AutoBouquets 28.2 by Lraizer"?

In my opinion, you should disregard the buttons requirement. You can use apps on your phone to control the receiver as well as stream to them.

The TM 3T combo, is the TM's top of the range linux receiver. They do have a Nano-SE Combo, but that will only use an external HDD, has one less tuner but uses a less powerful CPU.

I suppose the best placed people to answer the questions are those that are based in your part of the world. Enigma2 receivers all work more or less the same. I have mentioned a US based forum in your post on the other forum you asked about the 5402.

You can PM the forum sponsor and ask if he ships abroad. Alternatively, you can email Technomate and ask them directly.

Which ever brand you buy, I would recommend getting a "soak test" done. You don't want to be forking out for return shipping if there is a fault. All manufacturer's have faulty units.

Here is an updated vesrion of picons in SNP format. Blackhole 2.1.6 has also adopted them. They dont work on CoolEPG. I sent Coolman a PM asking him to add the few extar lines of code. Hopefully he will adopt it too.
