Start your own thread with specifics. This thread was only meant to be for updates/reports etc. There is nothing about the picons themselves that make them different to use/install than any other set.
EDIT: Just to show the picon size thing. This is Rat's picon (100x60) being resized to fit into the allotted space on the Confluence skin.
Depends on which skin you use. New HD skins with format 1920 x 1080 use the XPicons 220x132 [32bit], which are just a larger, more detailed image/picon. Standard skins will use the smaller 100x60 [8-bit] picons.
Just to add to this..... It is not simply a skin issue, but the Renederer for skin/image. If the renderer allows for resizing, it will resize up/down according to space alloted by the skin.
Reason for asking was to establish if Service Named picons were of any use to you. Afraid they are not.
Which image are you using?
Are you using COOLTV guide?
The twin is a several years old, I'd avoid that. If you want a TM, get a 3T Combo.
The LX3 is on special offer at the moment with three sat tuners for £209.

You can have both SRPicons and SNPicons in the same folder. But as mentioned abaove, SRPicons are used before the SNPicons. For the picons you want to be differnt, use SRPs. This would also apply to iTV on 13 east too, you don't want it to use the UK ITV.
I'll have to pass on this, (I have a TD110 up already). It is in great condition and hope somoene takes it and makes good use of it.

new images have the cable epg in them it just needs switching on in the epg settings
then go to pvr_epg and the guide will populate, just set a null recording up every night
The virgin EPG option is in the EPG Menu. It is called "Enable Virgin EPG"
Menu > Setup > System > EPG > Settings
EPG refresh plugin never enabled cable EPG. it is just a zapper with extra options. If you want to use it, you have to install it from the plugin menu. On recent OpenATV and Vix images it will now show up in the EPG menu. In other images, it will show up in the plugin menu. You can use it or record as suggested.
The Virgin EPG patch by Lraizer was incorproated into PLI and OE-A teams last July (IIRC). Blackhole incorporated it in 2.16. From Hades 012, Virgin EPG is on by default too.
Additionally, any channel on the same transponder will have the data too, it does not have to be the PVR epg channel. E.g Virgin ID, Virgin Media Previews, Virgin Movies Preview, VTV Music On Demand
Cross EPG downloader can download from the Internet or the signal cable for some providers. FOr some providers it does both. You need to specify what settings you are using for people to assist effectively.
If it is crashing, a crashlog will be generated. Upload it as an atatchment so peopel can see what the cause is. A possible reason is that you have set it to download EPG to internal flash memory.

If you want to use Lraizer's ones, there is no combined version.
If you use ABM, it will do both as well as some others too.
The service references need to be updated. They should be shuffling more channels around soon, so more changes will need to be made.
Have you tried SNPicons?
Timer recordings will need to be reviewed too.
/var/etc is symlinked to /etc so does not matter.
Double check the name of config file though. It must be CCcam.cfg not Cccam.cfg or any other permutation. Linux is case sensitive.

If this nags about box branding, download the version from e2openplugins or PLi feeds.
It should be in the plugin feeds for your image. It works in a similar way to partnerbox. You install it on the client receiver, configure the IP addressa and usernamepassword of server receiver. Slect whcich bouquets you wantto import. You can then use tuner in server receiver with the client receiver. Teh client receiver does not even need a tuner in it.

You may wish to try the Remote Channel Stream Convereter plugin too. You dont have to setup mounts to use it.
