On the E2 reader version (newer than August 2013), there is no need to perform a scan or dvbsnoop.
Are we referring to PLi 4.1 or OpenTV 4.1. Also what receiver?

Your dish is probably misaligned and needs slight tweaking. There are quite a few apps to use on smart phones if you can't view the signal meter on TV.
You can check if there is something wrong internally in receiver by testing it another location.
Rather than say normal image, would it not be better to say which image you are using. Name and version date would be best.
OpenATV 4.1 will have ABM which works well on cable.
There are two sets of numbering. First bouquet and then ones in subsequent bouquets.
If you want numbers in bouquets to be official, then use HD first as your custom sort option.
Alternatively, you can disable numbers from plugin. You will only have 1 number shown.
Variation to above is to use alternative numbering on image. Every bouquet will start at 1 instead of being cumulative.
Try these files, they go in the plugin folder. Please use an SD region.
Yes there is. Edit the numbers in supplement file. Custom_sort_3 will also need editing. If someone can post all the HD numbers that are affected and their EPG ID, it would expedite the issue.
Numbers and EPGID must match for supplement file to affect a channel name.

The apps on phone to cosider are: Enigma Signal Meter, Dreamdroid & VU+ Player also have signal meter applets.
If you wnat to get all three, best to focus on 19.2 east. Sometimes, it can get confusing as to which lnb is which. Pictures added to aid understanding if required.
Hi can I use this on my dm800hd pvr
And how to add other Satelitte such as 7.0 e 42 e 13 e 19 e or this plug in has it all? Thanks
Install by ftping to /tmp and "install local extension"
The plugin is only for 28.2 I am afraid. Lraizer had a script version for 13.0 east. Might be easier to install the Linuxsat plugin and install the chanenl lists the run AB 28.2.
Using this script, you can use plugin just for 28.2 picons. Issue with some channels for ROI region may still exist.
Usage, replace existing one located in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AutoBouquets/ Check it sill has 755 properties.
Changes made:
Line 326, 352 and 353 commented out.
The Sat version of Lraizer's plugin will convert any existing picons, it maintains the symlinks so you dont have to worry about picons unless a new channel turns up or picture changes.
If your existing picons are in the AutoPicon format, then the attached symlinks will work. Copy contents of text file, start telnet client and then paste.
Snippet of contents
ln -s "/picon/282E_1758.png" "/picon/1_0_1_57E_E_F020_FFFF0000_0_0_0.png"
ln -s "/picon/282E_3150.png" "/picon/1_0_1_12E_3_F020_FFFF0000_0_0_0.png"
ln -s "/picon/282E_3022.png" "/picon/1_0_1_326_8_F020_FFFF0000_0_0_0.png"

ln -s "/picon/282E_3022.png" "/picon/1_0_1_325_8_F020_FFFF0000_0_0_0.png"
Here is an updated copy of picons already converted to use with AutoBouquets 28.2 by Lraizer. (Please do not confuse with ABM)
I have also attached txt files with symlinks for DVB_C and DVB_T. You will need to have a folder called "picon" on your internal memory if using the symlinks. There are two variations in the attachments. One points to picons being located on internal memory, other points to /media/usb/picon/ Open telnet console and paste contents of text file to create symlinks.
You can use these symlinks even if you use another set of Picons with AB 28.2.
Many thanks to Rat/Snapman for the picons. (Some bodge jobs by myself using MSpaint).
Which Sim have you got in receiver? If you have a genuine/A8P sim, you have to use a corresponding boot loader. Some images have the clone B/L included.
The CPU speed does not make much difference with regards to connecting to the device with your card.
Transcoding does not work yet on the TM N2S. Internal loop through only works from B to A, like Solo 2. They've not had major issues with the drivers like they did/do with the 7335 range. Oh, card sticks out a bit too much for my liking.
There is an issue with Neutrino and diseqc switches. Being worked on in 15d. Would you be so kind as to post screenshots with the exact settings you used.
The only thing I can add is that in order to scan a particular satellite, toggle the satellite , dont press save, then scan. I have highlighted the section in red. Can't say for definite that it works on a switch, but does so on a motorised setup.
Best to post those logs in the TSmedia thread here.
mfaraj57 needs to know of issue to fix it if applicable.
It only restores plugins on feeds. You can manually select plugin folders in backup settings.
On settings backup,Press Menu, then location
dont i need to download the file first? if i do where do i get the file
If dvbsnoop is on the feeds of the image you are using, no you do not need to download it. Enetering that command will download and install it.
If dvbsnoop is not on your image feeds, yes you will need to dwonload the dvbsnoop ipk. Post 19 of this thread.
Are you wanting dvbsnoop for Autobouquets for satellite? If yes, forget it. Follow the link inspiral provided and use newer version of AB.
can anyone help me get dvbsnoop please
If you are using a version newer than August 2013, there is no need for dvbsnoop.
Anyway, you can install it by telnetting the following command.
If you get an uknown ppackage error, use following command first, then the above one.
Ipk also on post 19.
The plugin is script based and takes a while depending on receiver. Cable channels dont change that often so should not be a problem.
However, if you use ABM, it will be done very quickly.
