This is normal.
Receiver has a last channel stored. This channel is deleted as part of transfer process, so receiver does not know what to do/thinks teh chanenl does not exist. Although the new list has the same channel, it is nonetheless a new channel.
Not sure if you want to change whether receiver is put to sleep before transfer if it concerns you.

You are having networking issues. Start at the lowest level and work upwards.
My advice is:
Set all devices to dhcp.
Make a note of the mac addresses of devices you want to have specific IP addresses. I have deliberately not used the word static.
Perform a reset of your superhub.
Setup admin password for router. Do not setup wifi for now.
Connect only your PC to the hub.
Go into the advanced settings of your router and reserve the IP address you want for your devices with specif IP addreses.
Connect your receiver to router. If it was switched off it will autostart the network. Otherwise restart the network. It will now have the IP your reserved for it.
Proceed to port forward as before. Don't forget that the IP ranges is 192.168.0.XXX, The ddwrt ones are 192.168.1.XXX Difference between 1/0
Setup wifi etc on router
I hope you are aware that the wifi is very poor on the S/Hub 1.
Rather than disable dhcp, I would suggest you assign IP addresses on router and leave all devices on dhcp. That way the IP will be fixed and assigned by router. There is obviously some conflict.
Are you using Superhub 1 or Superhub 2?

Just download Vhannibal's 13 east bouquet. He has them listed. You don't have to transfer to receiver.
The signal comes down at the same angle from the satellite. 24.7 degrees for Plymouth. The reflected signal to LNB is different. It won't make a difference which dish you use.
You will have to use trigonometry to estimate if you can receive signal or use app on phone.

There were a few edits to the Gemini image including a reload of the cams some time after bootup. This gave an opportunity for the system to get the time.
If Oscam does not start because of date issue, CCcam takes over the reader.
On the PLi image, you can make the following edit to make it obtain date from net.
/var/etc/plimgr/scripts/emuserv has had the following lines added before softcams start. The receiver will get the time from the net if a network connection exist. Perfect for a 500C

Attached is an excel package to assist in manipulating the sort file. It is helpful to see how a bouquet will look like . Organise in excel and then copy onto your sort file. TC recommends to use sort_file_5 for user cutomisation.

libcrypto file goes in /var/lib/

Please expand about overriding channel list. Both AB 28.2 and ABM are not meant to interfere with other lists on the receiver.
It is not meant to do that, but obviously it is for you. Hopefully someone with same setup as you will confirm. There is no Vix 3.3.8, that is the Linux kernel. It may be in your interest to install latest image (if applicaable)
You wont need to touch cables on dish/motor end. Just swap at receiver end.

Record only is fine. If no free tuner is available, then it should prompt you. If I remember correctly, there was an issue with the solo2 wit the tuners switching over. Can you try reversing your wires and changing the config to match.
