The names Zgemma picks for their receivers are not the most clear or useful.

There is one set of models of the H9 with only 256 MB of internal flash memory. This does not have hardware multi-boot support.

There is another set of models which has 1 GB of internal flash memory and supports hardware multiboot.

I need some lamedb (not lamedb5) files created by Enigma2 so that I can add links for picons using the naming convention introduced to ViX by Huevos in April 2024. This expanded on work done by Nautilus7 in March 2022. This naming convention is available to almost all images and supercedes SNP. The links will be added to the Hotio/Ocram picon project.

If anybody can scan from scratch or using the "clear before scan" option enabled, I would be grateful for them. These must not be created by plugins like ABM, fastscan, satscanlcn etc. The various "channel lists" have issues, so I need the lamedb files.

I need as many satellites and different terrestrial/cable providers as possible. I am fine for 28.2, 19.2 and UK terrestrial. Lamedb files are stored in /etc/enigma2. You will need to zip them so that forum software will allow you to upload. Please say which satellites or terrestrial/cable providers are included in your upload.

    Thank you in advance.

If you have configured your tuner/s correctly and are still having problems. It looks like you could have an LNB or other hardware fault.

Try new PSU, check f-plugs, check cabling, check/replace LNB, try receiver at another location.

There is very little detail about your reception hardware and what you have configured them as, so no easy to diagnose those. You could describe number of tuners, how many wires from LNB/motor, describe any switches/splitters. And finally for each tuner to be configured correctly, the software must match the hardware. Just becaase it works on some instances, it does not mean it is correct.

I dont fully understand what you are saying, you said you want PiP, now you way you want full screen. I guess you mean you want to view one full screen and put the other one in the background but hear the audio?

Until you get a suitable answer, resize the window until it is smallest as possible.

For other images, once you activate PIP, you will get more options on the extension (blue or long blue) button.

    Green (Move PiP)

You can then press "0" to toggle/change the PiP mode in use.

I presume the same applies to Egami.

If you must see the bouquet all the time, enable the option to always show bouquets. That way you will be presented with them all the time and you have to choose.

The default is to navigate in current bouquet. If you press the Favourite/TV button, you are presented the bouquets and can then choose. Otherwise you always go to next/previous bouquet.

This is an Enigma2 function, not skin related. The EPG mod that made the bouquets always visible does not work anymore.

How can you record what you cannot view? I repeat, there is no need for a plugin on OE-A images for other receivers. You can view/record as detailed above. I will connect my DM900 later to check.

    Screenshot from Duo 4K attached.

I sometimes use the Duo 4k to view the Viark using the HDMI input on the Duo 4k because I can use bluetooth headphones on the Duo 4K.

For the other receivers with HDMI in, OE-A images and official OpenPLI allow viewing/recording from the input. There is no need for any plugin. You can do as above and add the bouquet entry. Or press the blue button and switch to HDMI input. The hdcp issue is present and there is a restriction on resolution depending on the drivers of the receiver. some will only do 720P.

If it is not showing or working for the DM900/920, maybe some files need amending.

A backup image includes what someone has configured. Everyone is different.

Best to learn how to do what you want to do yourself. Lots of people here to help. Be as detailed as possible and do one thing at a time.

Have a look at kiddacs ATV guide as a start.

I think we have resolved this remotely. Hopefully feedback will follow.

The wiring was changed to following:

    pasted-from-clipboard.png

Wire from LNB goes to splitter.

He has one wire from splitter to top slot, of 1 module. Tuner A

He has another from splitter to top slot, of 2nd module. Tuner I

He has another wire from the splitter to another receiver.

Tuner A has got independent signal supply, so the connected option is set to "No"

Tuners B-H do not have an independent signal supply, They are getting it from Tuner A. So said yes to "connected" and selected Tuner A. They all have unique SCRs

Tuner I has got independent signal supply, so the connected option is set to "No"

Tuners J-P do not have an independent signal supply, They are getting it from Tuner I. So said yes to "connected" and selected Tuner I. They all have unique SCRs

The Solo 2 had an SCR that was being used by the Duo 4K SE. So that was changed to SCR 17

    Here are some guides.
