WHich superhub did they give you? New (ports on thin end) or older one (ports on wide end)

I'd go for Venton at £200 unless you want Nano 2t. if only single tuner, the Nano is nippier and has more usable memory. SF8 has more images.

No. Configs go in same place as all other images. For normal oscam.....

there is no script, just place oscam in /var/bin/emu/ You don't even have to chmod 755.

I personally prefer Lraizer;s plugin as you can automate it and it does the picon symlinks too. You don't even need a network connection.

What receiver do you have, what is your dish setup for each tuner. Does the tuner setup match? Sounds as if the receiver is trying to use a tuner and failing. A bit odd for both ABM and AB to fail.

Please also confirm that "autobouquets_e2.sh" and "autobouquetsreader" both have 755 attributes. They are located in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AutoBouquets/

Can you confirm which Autobouquets you are using?
AutoBouquetsMaker by the OE Alliance which is built into the VIX image or Autobouquets E2 28.2 by lraizer?

If the latter, which version date are you using? how did you install, if ipk which one? What are the settings you have used? Do you get teh same result if you disable script check?

The latest version of Lraizer's plugin (think from Aug this year) does not need dvbsnoop. 55 seconds to do whole bouquets and update symlinks to picons.

There are a few dependencies that are missing from the feeds that GJstroom's image uses.

Yes it updates the channels and picon links but needs to be run. You can automate it so it runs as frequently as you like. It takes less than a minute so I don't bother, I just do it manually.

However, the f5s is not an E2 receiver, so you cant use it on that.

added AutoPicon support, create autopicon links option on ext formated location only!

The picon conversion is now handled automatically via the plugin scripts. you can now simply copy normal picons or use a normal picon.ipk installer to install 28.2e picons to your normal picon folder and then run the plugin with the picon folder location option pointing to where you installed the picons and it will detect if files in this picon folder are png or symlinks and auto convert any png found as and when required. this means the picon folder can now handle dropping in new single normally named picons into the picon folder and it will be converted without affecting any symlinks in the same folder if you have selected both symlink and picon location as the same target folder.

also, if you just want to convert normal picons into autopicons, you can create a temporary picon folder in tmp ie. /tmp/picon and they will be detected and converted for you overriding any picon folder location selected in the options.
