You should try Commando 15 now which has the reader version of Autobouquets. Has more features than the E2 version. You won't need to worry about satellites.xml files and teh like especially as there will be quite a few changes soon. All done in less tahn a minute.

What image are you using?
-
You could get a USB Digital TV tuner.

Well done. :78:
Don't forget the spirit level!

I reinstalled Vix Image and when I did I rescanned the Astray 28.2 and said clear before scanning....then loaded my own saved Bouquets style...but still nothing.
When you transfer your own bouquets back, you replace the channels that you had scanned. You should transfer your bouquets and then scan. Afterwards sort your bouquets by replacing dead channels.
As above ABM is not a must, having valid channels is.

Are you sure your channel list is up to date?

Have you tried to delete the existing epg.dat, if not I sugegst you do. As you may be aware, epg data resides in RAM and is written to storage device when shutting down. If you are going to delete epg.dat, first put enigma to sleep with telnet command
Disable Rytec. Why use data on a server when you can use data on the satellite.
Why are you using csv import? -
The script based one takes that long roughly. The reader version runs in about a minute. Make sure you use the sh4 ipk.

If you post your tuner config, others can check that you have done it properly. The one with no feed should be set to loop through to tuner *, or set as not configured. Internal loop throug is supported on teh image you are using. Replace * with tuner A or B, whichever has the satellite feed.
You can enable the "second info bar" if you want to show the signal details.

WHich version of CCcam did you install? ( I dont mean version number). It could be looking for CCcam.cfg in the normal place for otehr ianges instead of /usr/keys/
-
Versions newer than August 2013 do not use dvbsnoop.
-
I have attached the working autobouquets_e2.shThat is from 27/01/2013. It is script based and takes longer to work.
Out of curiousity, what is your dish/lnb setup? What are the configs for each tuner in tuner config?
-
The settings are written/added to the settings file in /etc/enigma2/ The file is used for other things so you cannot delete the file. Lines will be like
-
You are both right. It does show up in extensions, ie pressing blue button while in viewing mode. This only allows for execution.
When you start the plugin through the plugins menu, blue button displays about.Total execution time is 57 seconds for me. Further to response on other forum where I suggested a re-install, pointed out that auto picons should not be enabled on first run and perhaps disabling script check
If still does not work, it would be helpful if you could post following details:
Receiver
How installed/where downloaded from.
Screen shot of settingsIf you want to do further investigation, edit the script using a unix compatible editor and add add -xv so that the first line is as follows:
#!/bin/sh -xv
# AutoBouquets E2 28.2E by LraiZer for www.ukcvs.netRun it from telnet with following command and post back the results.
/usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/AutoBouquets/autobouquets_e2.sh -
Latest image is 808.
If you get cam from the vix dowlad site, there are no configs. So use the ones from http://linuxsat-support.com/showthread.php?t=1689
-
Why don't you try flashing an image using a USB flash drive? This would be the easiest option.
-
Auto bouquest does not change your language/audio settings.Follow Clydes' advice and you should be fine.
Also, from a logical point of view, any transponder changes are likely to happen when fewest people are using the receivers, i,e overnight. I don't think anyone knows for definite at what time they stop doing any changes, but going by some advice from Lincsat, best to do it after 06:15.
-
If it is the capacitor, best not to keep switching the receiver on as you could damage a chip.
Might be easier of you have a friend to do it for you. Not ideal practicing on expensive equipment. Alternatively TV repair shop could do it for you. but don't pay over the odds for it.
