Can you please clarify, are you not able to:
1. Perform a frequency scan?
2. Not able to receiver satellite broadcast?

More than likely the Capacitors on the PSU have failed. See following thread:
Xpeed LX3 repair to power supply **ALL XPEED LX3 OWNERS SHOULD CHECK THEIR BOX**
Freeview is on Terrestrial (using an aerial) not satellite.
Are you using the EPG mods ipk?
I have just installed the skin from the plugin server, it works without a crash when pressing the EPG button on a GB UE 4K.
abu baniaz I'm waiting for your action and comment regarding this behaviour.
If this is acceptable with you and this board just let me know.
In future, please just report the item and leave to the moderators to deal with it. We all have lives outside the forum and will deal with issue as and when we can.
Asking one moderator to deal with it means other moderators are less likely to deal with an issue for fear of stepping on someone's toes.
You need to pay, to use this image, it starts to be like ItalySat,

I don't think those brackets have the focal LNB in the center. I would say that have the dish so that it is in between 13e and 19e. That way you have two LNBs on either side.
Once the dish is aligned for one satellite, the bracket should allow the rest of them to follow the arc. You don't have it horizontal, but an angle. Have a look at pictures of other setups to see what I mean.
PS. Not too far from you.
Which image are you referring to?
It is unicable compatible. But their logic is based on daisy chaining the tuners. So yo cant configure how you want. You will have to try another image until they fix it.
Your last image is 03 December. There is a crash in ABM that was fixed on 05 December. Can you run another build please?
This is a version with a fix by Birdman.
I don't think that there is a need to use preferred tuners unless you have different types. Vast majority of receivers with multiple terrestrial tuners that have internal splitters, so they have the same terrestrial signal supply.
Only reason to use the preferred tuner options is if using tuners with differing capabilities. For example, on satellite, I have an FBC tuner. I use the leaf tuner as the preferred one so that the root tuner remains free. (ABM and CrossEPG need a root tuner).
I don't think we have alternative service tuner priority on ViX, so can't comment on that.
Don't perform a software update. Instead, use your remote to download the image then flash it. Select the option to create a settings backup. After new image is flashed, you will "Fast restore" the old settings/options as we all as re-install plugins that are available on the plugin server.

There are two branches. https://github.com/oe-alliance/XMLTV-Import/branches
4.3, 4.4 branch images still use python 2.xxx and use master branch of the plugin
4.5 and other python 3 images use python 3 branch of the plugin
The change to EPG Importer plugin (OE-A version) to allow ssl downloads was made 4 days ago. Any image run after that date will have the updated version. Installing newer image that 27 Nov 2020 or uninstalling and then re-installing it if an image build has been run will get a plugin with the ssl changes.
