The dish is clearly not setup right.
The installer is a joke
Just to clarify this statement, it is referring to the actual dish/motor.
Any installation not using a plumb mount on a motorised dish setup is bound to encounter issues.

You need to say more and then its easier to help, all I know from reading back is that dish is 80cm and reciver is octagon sf8008. What is the make of the motor, and what image are you using, and what is the make of the lnb? Did you set up dish and motor yourself? Are you using USALS ie you put in your co-ordinates. Did you use 0.8west to start?
You only adjust the dish and motor once and then it tracks the arc. You say south east but if you give a town I can check better. I checked dover and dish should be at 31. Motor is correct at either 51 or 39. Can you get 0.8west and on the god channel what is the reading?

You should have used T&K brackets. Getting the motor to follow arc correctly on your bracket is very difficult.

B & C will receive the same signal. You don't need to change anything with your bouquets if another tuner becomes usable. You select a service/channel, the software in Enigma2 will use the available tuner. That is normally the first tuner, but recordings etc can affect which tuner is used.

Yes, ABM will create the bouquets with the correct numbers.
Numbering in Enigma2 is a bit complicated. To keep it simple, best you set the " Create main bouquet" option to no.

You need to disable tuner C if it has no signal wire connected. On OpenATV you can only see one mode at a time when configuring multi-tuners. So, disable the cable aspect, press right to show the terrestrial one and disable that too.
However, it would be better to get a splitter and supply both tuners with signal.

Your image is really old. Before you get settled, best you flash the latest one using a USB stick as there is partition change.
On OpenATV, they have a Reception menu instead of Service Searching or Tuners & scanning.

Don't get to bothered on whether it is an F-plug or Belling-Lee connector. It is just a wire with a connecor at the end.
IMO, you are better off using two devices. One for IPTV and one for Terrestrial.

Then you saying that it works on Edision is not an equal comparison. Some times receivers have driver issues.
This is probably the relevant line in your log
(dvbapi) Demuxer 0 no suitable readers found that can be used for decoding!
Can you not share the card from the Edision or are you looking to swap receiver over?

When you scan, the services are added to lamedb file. Dreamnboxedit wil copy that.
I have ot used non-usals motorrr controls, so cant say for definite. However, the values will be save din teh file called "settings" in /etc/enigma2. You can copy the relevant entries and save to teh new system. You must have stopped enigma2 on teh new ssytem by using the "init 4" commad using telnet/ssh

It depends what you bought with it. The tuners are not soldered on the motherboard, they are pluggable. I have one of each type in the Duo 4K.

The back of the casing says FBC on both slots.
The Duo 4k ( not SE) only accepts the FBC/MTSIF type, so i'd say the Duo 4k SE will be the same.

What is the date of the image you are using?
Ignore everything I said about POEdit. The files on GitHub have those translations.
