Doesn't deleting a system file fall into the breaking category? The user file goes in /etc /enigma2 and will be used in preference to the system version.

ATV changed the way that their time is done. One of the packages does not update cleanly so requires a reinstall, set your time again after that

Don't waste your time chasing shadows. Look at the changelog for the problem and fix. The issue was in epgcache.cpp. A build after the commit will include the fix.

It doesn't do anything for tuning (apart from validation of position), those are in lamedb.
What do you want to do?
Someone has to grab the data. Maintain the service reference-cross referencing. Host them on the internet. This will become an extra source that people can add. I am sure Doglover will advise on all that is required. Will need webgrab + etc. Some members on this site ( jenseneverest) did a similar thing for Virgin, so they should be able to advise too.

"Equal to" means "Exactly the same as".
On his screenshot, he has told the receiver that he has a diseqc setup on tuner A1. And he has told it that he has another exact setup connected to tuner A2.
If there isn't a separate signal wire to tuner A2, then that is wrong.
FBC tuners/modules have internal loop-through. If he has only one signal wire, the other 7 modulators/tuners should be set as loop-through to the tuner with the signal wire. A1 in his case.
Do you have two signal wires going to both tuner ports or just one wire?
When you set your tuners, you are telling it what is connected/attached to the tuners.
You have not said what reception equipment you are using. How can we tell you, we don't know what you have.
Do you have 4 LNBs pointing to 4 different satellites. Which satellites? Are these connected to a diseqc switch? Which satellite in which port? How many diseqc switches do you have? How many wires from diseqc switches to tuners?
You have not said what is connected to the tuners. You need to describe that first or draw a diagram.

Do you have one tuner module/card (total of two physical connections) or two tuner modules/cards ( total of four physical connections)
Please also enable seeing file extensions in Windows. A common mistake is to have CCcam.cfg.txt which won't work. People do not see the .txt because file extensions are not visible.
Linux is case sensitive. The file must be called CCcam.cfg If you use Cccam.cfg it won't work because the second C is wrong case.
What satellite reception hardware do you have? LNB type, Number of ports on LNB, number of cables to receiver, diseqc switches, splitters etc. To which tuner/s is the equipment connected?

Have you tried regular OpenWebIf and then selecting oscam web interface on the left hand side?
Is the IP range permitted in the .conf file?
Which image? Name, version and date.
Which skin?
What type of service? Satellite, Terrestrial or Cable?
Are you sure it is not already available on second infobar?
If the EPG data is available on the internet and can be fetched with programs like webgrab, the Rytec team can obtain it. They will then associate it with the service reference. People on another forum kept on saying EPG is wrong, but nobody bothered to report it.
The sources and database used for cross referencing are two different items. Once people report the required changes, they are corrected in a very timely manner.
