I have asked twice what image you are on. As you are unwilling to answer, it is no point wasting my time on your issue.
I hope you resolve your issue.
If you are downloading Rytec EPG data, it doesn't matter whether you download it using CrossEPG downloader or EPG Importer, it is the same data.
Anybody wanting to have the incorrect/missing assignments fixed should report these to the Rytec team.
The plugin is the same for all images. It is built from the same source files.
It did last time I checked it. But a different receiver. I'm sure they also have the OpenTV EPG reader as well which negates the need for CrossEPG.
People are here to help.
What image are you on at the moment?
Also, when you get an error when doing/trying something, it is always a good idea to post the error here so people can see the exact error and help you overcome it.
I have just tested ATV 6.4 and installed CrossEPG from the plugin server, it worked fine.
I presume you are restarting after installing the plugin?
Your box is not getting a signal lock. Notwithaatnding this, box should not crash in such a case. That thread is 3 years old, and the file has not changed in 6 years.
It is very hard to decipher what state you are in at the moment. I suggest you flash the OpenATV image in the same slot. Do not restore anything after it restarts.Do not "bling your image" until you get the basics working. Stick to the plugin on the server. Do not add other variables into the mix for now.
As an aside, can you check all tuners that you can receive 11778 vertical on 28.2. Use signal finder in Reception menu.
It is crashing here

That line has not changed for a while
Did you try installing other versions before the one from plugin server?
Let's start off with basics. Which image are you on? Name, version and date if possible.
You can find this out by pressing/selecting
Menu, Information, About
You said nothing happens. please expanr. Do you see the web interface ( it is mainly blue, there will be a number grid towards left), a blank page or does your browser give an error?
Are you using the correct IP address?
Yes
No
I'm not sure
I asked you to confirm the IP address of receiver by going into network menu.
If your receiver IP address is 192.168.0.26, putting in 192.168.0.25 on your web browser won't connect to your box.
We have not yet gone into technicalities, all we are doing at the moment is checking we are using the right address.
Have you confirmed the receiver's IP address?
Menu, Setup, Network, Devices, Adapter settings.
When you say nothing happens, can you expand on this. Do you get any errors or warnings?
You don't have to put OpenWebIf on PC, you just put the IP address of your receiver in your web browser.
You can't use the flashing scripts on PLI images because they dont have box branding so receiver won't be detected.
On PLI, you can download an image, FTP the image (still zipped) to the Storage device (not in a folder), you can then "flash online".
Most images now have Hotkey/Button Setup and should allow you to assign those functions.
To avoid confusion, mark/highlightt what is missing on your screenshot.
So you are not asking about picons, because they are working. (Tunisie National) It is the logo for the encryption type that are not working.
Check your debug log for errors.
