Thanx G_ogi. I did as you say,it installed but I then got the " no module named argparse" error message. So I used this command "opkg install python-argparse" in telnet(thanx masterG) and now I have the latest Mediaportal.

Still no joy master G. Now I get a new list of "cannot satisfy dependencies". Too many to list I`m afraid. I`ll just stick with 7.3.1 for now.

Since yesterday I have tried to update/install the latest Mediaportal. At first I tried through the installed Mediaportal 7.3.1. It installed but didn`t show anywhere on my VU Duo2 using Blackhole 3.0. Now when I try a clean install using telnet I get the "cannot satisfy the dependencies" message. I`ve searched for the dependencies but can`t locate any. I`ve tried Mediaportal 7.3.2, 7.3.3 and 7.3.4. I`ve had to go back to 7.3.1. It isn`t a big issue but you know what it`s like guys, if it needs updating,it needs updating. The dependencies it shows are:

gst-plugins-good-flv
gst-plugins-bad-rtmp
gst-plugins-bad-fragmented

I don`t think you can actually do anything about it. I get that message all the time and I`m sure I read somewhere, that the problem is at the source of whatever file you are trying to open.

I've tried this script on my Vu+ duo2 using Blackhole 3.0 and it's not working. I think I have installed it correctly but I get the errors shown in the picture below. Can anyone tell me how to fix this please?

Can you see what hop you get it at? Hop 1 would be perfect,hop 2 very good. Hop 3 would probably be glitching all the time.

I think the clue was that you have the problem with every cam/emu. Which means it has to be the cline.

I've owned genuine dreambox with the 8000 being by far the best. But I bought a new vu duo2 with 4 tuners this year and after over 20 years in this hobby,I have to say the vu duo2 is the best I have owned.

That is not very xmas spirited of you....... Blackhole 3.0 is perfectly good. I had issues with it at first but perseverence,learning and a lot of help from this great forum, got it the way I wanted it.

clines are not legal in any form,so how can you legally own it? If it's from a payservers you'll not get any help on this forum.

If you are using your own sky card, you will need the boxkey in your cfg for the premium channels to work.

I`ve just noticed this bootloader and noticed that my Vu+ Duo2 has cfe v2 using Blackhole 3.0 image. Should I be using the cfe 3 or is this just for the vu duo?

I don`t have multiroom. I`ve now paired it to the old sd box I obtained to pair the last card I had. All up and running again.

Well I haven`t changed anything since my last update and everything is running perfectly well now. I`ve been zapping through channels to see if there is anything not working and all seems fine. On the sky channels my server is going straight to my strongest peer. The BT Sport channels are using my card everytime. My Redlight card is working perfectly also. So all seems well.........for now lol. I`ll add the au = SKYUK as neil306 has suggested.
