Okay, I`m now getting baffled by this :06: I`ve switched from oscam 11160 to oscam 10998, I assume I`m still using the same configs. Now all the BT Sport channels are clearing using my card. The sky channels are clearing using my peers in my server,however they are glitching like mad. Now I noticed that when the sky channels are glitching, in the info panel it shows which peer I`m using and the caid is 0960,then after a few seconds it will switch to another peer and show caid 0963 and the glitching has disappeared. What is going on ?

I got my new Sky Red Card (FTA) yesterday and I have been trying ever since to get my BT Sport subscription to work and failing. I`m now beginning to bamboozle myself. So before I do anymore damage could one of you clever guys look at my configs please? I`m using Vu Duo2 with latest Blackhole .3.0. Using Oscam 11160. All the entitlements are there. The card clears the channels in the original box but only some in the Vu Duo2. Last night while I was messing about with my configs, the card was clearing all the channels but I think I had to blockout all my peers in my server,I can`t remember I was getting that frustrated.

Ok I've now received my new sky card(FTA). It's a red one. Now do I need sky to pair this card to my old sky sd box before I can get BT Sport added to the card? Or do I just have to get them to activate the card(is it the same thing)? I'm not sure what I have to do to get the red card working in my server.

Not at all. The card was clearing the channels last night, so why would I think they had cancelled the card. Or more to the point, why were they even going to cancel the card?

I tried to pair the card on the sky website by adding a 0 to the serial number.I got an error message saying the card number is wrong. I`m in the process of ringing them now.Call waiting... blah blah.

Well I`ve finally gotten to the bottom of the problem. Sky have cancelled my card. The card belonged to my mother in law, who sadlly passed away in May this year. Now when my wife phoned sky at the time to cancel her mother`s subscriptions,she informed them we would like to use it as a free to air card.They said no problem,so I don`t know why they now decided to cancel it. I`ve now had to pay £25 for a new card to be sent out. Robbing ,thieving bas....s!!!!

Good spot mc, but it`s no good for me. I think it`s for the HD boxes, it asks for 11 digit box serial number,I have a 10 digit number. My card was paired to an old SD Pace box.

Loôks like I'll have to get in touch with sly. I've just checked my card in the original sly box and it says this is the wrong card for this set top box.

Well I don't know what's going on with Oscam. I've already created a services list for my card and it's worked well. Since yesterday the glitching started now it's been working well all afternoon. Maybe the card entitlements have updated but how can I check in Oscam?

I've just checked my card in webif,the entitlements still haven't updated,they expire today. I may have to put it in the original sly box.

While all the glitching has disappeared and everything has returned to stability,I checked the webif and the reader for my BT card was showing no entitlements. So I have no put the card back in the sly box and I will leave it over night to see if it updates. It's clearing the BT channels in the sly box so I don't know what's wrong. I think I'll be doing a fresh image install tomorrow.

I run a small server on a Vu duo2 using Blackhole 3.0.1. I use Oscam 11160 but I have tried various other versions and the glitching is bad on all versions. I only noticed BT Sport entitlements had no updated when I switched to cccam 2.3.0.

Using Oscam, sky channels have become unwatchable since yesterday. I have tried old and new versions of Oscam,the problem still persists. I've switched back to cccam 2.3.0 and there is no longer a problem with glitching. I can't keep using cccam as it freezes after a few minutes ( it's an old issue with no solution ). However in cccam.info I've noticed my BT Sports entitlements ( on a Sky FTA card) have not updated. The card is still clearing the BT Sport channels but the entitlements run out today. Could this be why I'm getting a lot of glitching using Oscam?

Even though I donated to the author of this plugin and got a got a premium key back in 2013, this plugin has never been stable for me. I gave up trying to use it not long after. Waste of time and effort.

I'm using Vu duo2 with Blackhole 3.0.1. I have oscam configured to use my 2 local cards. Everything is fine except for one channel, which clears but I only get audio, no video. It's been like this for a while. However, I noticed tonight that when I stream the channel to my iPad, I get the audio and the video. I've tried a rescan but nothing changes. What's going on?

Robijay has very kindly posted that there is an online update for the new Blackhole 3.0.1 image. I've never done a image online update. Is this done by going to software management > software update? Sorry for the noob question but I'm still learning( yes even after 20 years of hobby).

You are indeed correct satfoot. Please accept my apologies for doubting you. I hadn`t tried to install oscamstatus since I installed TSmedia with the python-contextlib fix. Just did it and it worked straight away. Maybe this fix for oscamstatus should be mentioned alongside TSmedia for future reference.

Does anyone have OscamStaus (not OscamStatusView) working with the new Blackhole 3.0 image? I have tried different methods of installation. The folder shows it's installed when I look using DCC but it's nowhere to be seen in the plugins menu.
