    I installed the OpenAtv 6.3, in Amiko 8900, I don't find an EMU that works ( Oscam or Ncam).

    I tried to install, several EMUs in ipk format,but I'm not displayed in the OpenAtv menu...?

    (I use GOOGLE traslate)

    Thanks

    OpenATV has changed the path to softcams confs , you should install first the feed and then download the softcams here is a link to understand it all:

    OpenATV SoftCam Feed

    Bye

    maxwin

    Since a few months OpenAtv has changed the location of conf files for version 5.3 to 6.3 .

    You'll find oscams and ncam in /etc/tuxbox/config/ncam or oscam+name of oscam (trunk,smod, stable , emu) Softcam key in their folders

    You'll find cccam.cfg in /etc and Softcamkey in usr/keys

    So the problem was not the motor that's better pity you only catch the H channels ,what i would do in this case is to download a channel list stay on a channel fta Vertical ( at 4.8 east ) and then try to flex the dish or move the LNB to see if the signal gets better, if it does you may adjust the motor configuration, probably you'll need someone to help you and be careful by the way!

    I had a similar problem a couple of months ago , i could get all satellites 68e to 30w but the 19.2 ( I live in southern Italy), very strange cause the signal from that sat is very strong, this went on for 2-3 days then suddenly all was blacked out , i had to change my Inverto Black Twin Ultra bought 1 year before. The LNB would be the first thing to check I think.

    I made a short video for this...

    hello, using on OpenAtv 6.3 Oscam Softcams from the feed I noticed that in the Oscam.conf files the [global] configuration is missing , now this means that the Tivusat channels are not open with few more in NC+ . The file conf is this:

    [global]

    [cccam]

    port = 12000

    version = 2.3.2

    [dvbapi]

    enabled = 1

    au = 1

    user = dvbapi

    [webif]

    httpport = 83

    httphelplang = de

    httprefresh = 10

    httppollrefresh = 10

    httpallowed = 127.0.0.1,0.0.0.0-255.255.255.255,fd00::-fdff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff,2000::-3fff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff,::1

    httphideidleclients = 0

    Now if i replace that Oscam.conf file with this one :

    [global]

    logfile = /tmp/.oscam/oscam.log

    disableuserfile = 0

    clienttimeout = 6600

    clientmaxidle = 600

    netprio = 1

    nice = -1

    maxlogsize = 2048

    lb_mode = 1

    usrfile = /tmp/.oscam/user.log

    emmlogdir = /home/root/logs/

    [dvbapi]

    enabled = 1

    au = 1

    pmt_mode = 3

    user = dvpapi

    boxtype = dreambox

    [webif]

    httpport = 8181

    httphelplang = de

    httprefresh = 15

    httpallowed = 10.0.0.1-192.168.254.254

    everything goes back to normal (Tivusat and many more channels open)

    Does this mean that we have to complete the conf file ourselves?

    This happens with OscamEmu OscamTrunk Oscam Stable while in Oscam Smod the conf files are all missing, could you please explain how the conf files should be set to work?

    Thanks!

    You'll find the file in /usr/lib/enigma2/python /plugins/extensions/FreeServer/FreeServer.sh , anyway i see that an edited file has been uploaded if you like you can overwrite yours. Between all this i've got no problems whatever with this plugin on 2 decoders with OpenAtv 6.3

    Find on keyboard this sign > #< go on the file > modify> at the beginning of line 49 >AltGr (at the right of "space" key) and press the key with the sign # repeat for line 50 then save....

    i have installed key updater, when i click on install au keys : i cant find a softcam key file.

    What can i do?

    You should go down to nr 4 "Find my Softcam.key files" then back to nr 3 "Afn key" and exit. Of course if you have the softcam.key files in /usr/keys or /etc/tuxbox/config....the software will find them and update....

    What I'm trying to say is that the path should be config / ncam / Ncam.server

    In the old system Cccam, Ncam, Oscam.emu etc was working through

    Now init / etc.d/softcam.Ncam reader cannot read directly etc/tuxbox/config/Ncam.server

    I don't think you have a file called "Softcam.Ncam reader" in /etc/init.d/ but a file called "Softcam.Ncam" and this is the starter for the Ncam softcam that reads the file "Ncam.server" placed in "etc/tuxbox/config/Ncam" folder, so you have to place your "Ncam.server" file in this folder together with "Ncam.conf" etc ....

    You'll have to copy oscam.server files from etc/tuxbox/config to /etc/tuxbox/config/ oscam ( whatever u downloaded) folder and similar for ncam folder...

    I use MgCamd with my own line and Ncam Oscam & CCcam for different things, with the old Softcam Panel all were working fine.

    Downloaded from Softcam feed 4.3 r2 which contains MgCam1.45c Ncam 10.1 and Oscam-Trunk so had to move conf files in their folders /etc/tuxbox/config /ncam and /etc/tuxbox/oscam-trunk .......now ncam 10.1 is ok but not oscam-trunk.

    MgCamd conf files were left in /usr/keys unchanged but now when I start the cam it has long frezees ( 15 seconds or more) of course replaced Mg_cfg (1.45c not working) with the old one( from 1.38d) 'cause some parameters were different . Any idea on what I need to change to set it right?

    CCcam is ok as well , probably I need new conf files for oscam-trunk.

    IT gives me this:

    /usr/bin# line 1 C: parse error 1

    line 2 C: parse error 1

    line 3 C: parse error 1

    network port XXXXX open

    The MgCamd downloaded from the vOpenAtv 6 plus feed is the 1.45 b being the only one

    I installed then the 1.38 d sh4.ipk and it was placed in /usr/bin/cam folder with the name "mgcamd_1.38 d"

    but no emu file figures in /etc

    try to give the command

    cd /usr/bin/cam

    ./mgcamd_1.38 d but no such file or directory......

    I have taken much of your time sorry Abu Baniaz! I think will reflash and use the softcam feed 3......( I've also tried Oscam Ncam with same results)

    I forgot one thing ...in the OpenAtv 6 plus feed figures a Cccam 2.1.4..... i've always known that CCcam doesn't work on Sh4.....

    Thanks for all Abu Baniaz

    You only need a card server if you have a card in your receiver and serving it to other devices.

    With regards to your mgcamd not working, can you upload your mg_cfg that you transferred to /usr/keys You will need to zip the file before uploading it. If you did not transfer one, that is the reason why it is not working.

    Thanks for answering abu baniaz,

    I'm using Mgcamd on Amiko Alien +2 ,i only changed this 3 parameters (<<<<<<<<<) in the default mg_cfg and it has always worked:

    on screen display type

    # 00 No OSD (default)

    # 01 neutrino

    # 02 enigma

    # 03 relook

    # + user password for http auth

    O: { 02 } username password <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< from 00

    network mode, use summ for several clients

    # 00 no network (default)

    # 01 newcamd netclient

    # 02 radegast netclient

    # 04 camd3 netclient

    # 08 gbox netclient

    # 32 cccamd netclient, card list saved as /tmp/cccamd.info

    # (ECM only, supported server version up to 2.1.1, later not work)

    G: { 32 } <<<<<<<<<<

    and

    # box type

    # 00 autodetect, change only if you think wrong type detected.

    # 01 dbox2

    # 02 dreambox

    # 03 triple-dragon

    # 04 relook

    # 05 openbox

    # 06 dreambox/mips

    # 08 stapi/kathrein

    # 09 stapi/ipbox

    # 11 stapi/openbox

    B: { 11 } <<<<<<<<<<<<< changed from (06) .... (00 wouldn't work)

    cccamd list is the one I've always used and has always worked , the conf files are placed in /usr/keys with newcamd.list, priority.list ,replace.list ,peer.cfg and softcam.key........

    I can see as I wrote the cam in InfoPanel>>> Softcam-Setup Panel but pushing the green button nothin' happens...

    Hello Good Morning,

    I just downloaded and installed the OpenAtv Softcam Feed 6--plus. ipk on OpenAtv 6.2 and downloaded Mgcamd 1.45 having a personal line then InfoPanel>>Softcam-Setup where i can see the mgcamd , I activate it but nothin' happens, at the line Cardserver there is "none"...then went to init d found Cardserver.sh open it but don't know I can change at all, there is also a CardserverNone :

    #!/bin/sh

    ### BEGIN INIT INFO

    # Provides: cardserver

    # Required-Start:

    # Required-Stop:

    # Should-Start: networking

    # Default-Start: 3 4

    # Default-Stop: 0 1 6

    # Short-Description: nocardserver

    # Description: Dummy card-server null-support.

    ### END INIT INFO

    # Placeholder for no card-server

    exit 0

    Any help? Thanks

    Hello s3n0,

    I also think that installing manually is better, but sometimes the tar.bz or .rar contains only .bin files and if you haven't already one installed it's difficult to replace because the .emu file and the configuration files in /etc and /etc/tuxbox/ config or /usr/key are missing , so I think woul be good to have an example .emu file . The .ipk packets contains all this and are easier to install.
