  • Cannot decrypt two channels at once.

    I've got two tuners set up and have a quad LNB. A Cline I had from a friend used cccam version 2.2.1 and recording worked great with oscam6666 before. Now I've got new Clines and recording doesn't work. I asked another friend for a new Cline(he can record but he I believe uses cccam instead of oscam as the client) but no luck in resolving the issue. I sometimes get a Tune Failed error when recording one channel while watching another and other times it works(though that's like 15% of the time).

    Hello there, I've had this issue for the past month(after I got new clines) but that doesn't seem to be the case as I got a new cline and the issue still persists.


    It seems to be a hit and miss(it doesn't work most of the time though). Right now I've got 3 active clines and can only watch one channel and record another.
    I'm running HDMU(I've tried PKT Hyperion). I've tried different versions of oscam(right now I'm running oscam7778).

    Sorry to hear that this is happening to you, I have not had this issue. If you would like to load up your own HDMU image I will be glad to help you setup the skin as well as the fixes via PM, and of course you can go with your own plugins.

    Its a shame that my Vix image is very buggy however.


    It is possible though you would need someone else to help you with that, I do not know CSS nor Python. Sorry though, BlueHD is a skin that uses a lot of the memory. I've tried on several image but it's just not for these boxes.

    Sorry buddy for the late reply hadn't noticed your post. Well that going forth and back between the boot image and white screen is the image crashing could you try backup4 it fixes issues and hopefully should fix this as well.

    Once I get this set the way I like it, how do I then image it off for safe keeping, my Vix image just had an image maker function!


    I think CoolTVGuide allows that but I don't use it so I do not really know.


    I make my backups using the E2 upgrade plugin in spark and then I ran joeusers script on it to clean everything up. Though the script is optional.
    The plugin can be installed into spark and is included in this plugin pack by pauldb

    Then make sure your time is GMT.


    Second of all you need to check what port the oscam webif is on. Known ports to try are 81,8080,8888. This can also be found and changed in the following file: /usr/keys/oscam.conf
    Find the following line

    Code
    httpport                      =


    For me it's

    Code
    httpport                      = 81


    You can change this to 8888 if you like and just replace the file with the new one.

    - You may want to change your bouquet list, that can be easily done in the AutoBouquet plugin manager

    Sorry to hear that, could you try flash the 2nd backup.(First file in attachments on the first post). If that works, let me know. I flashed the most recent backup yesterday and everything worked for me. Cheers



    Update: Seems a few others are having the same problem, could you try flash this using the upgrade-e2 plugin. It is in the plugin pack by pauldb.
