    ncam and gcam are just cloned oscam (and closed source ) versions, which the big difference was support for french tnt cards (a secret api key maybe?)


    i do not have the receiver to test myself, but i am sure that if it works in ncam, than it works in oscam-emu too...

    my mind is going to something like corrupted keymap.xml ... or something? but as i wrotte above, we do not have a clear answer, if there is a clean installation (without restore settings) , if tried any other image, and if it works from webif...



    or just there is stuck the "epg" button in the rc (because i just testing keeping push the epg button and pressing any other button, and it matches the description) .

    in this case, he can see it as you said by the phone camera (without touching any button, it will shows signal).

    i think that it already shows that it works, because it shows "X" in every pressing...


    the problem should be, if it transmit wrong codes by fault, (and we can not see it by infrared...)


    or if there is a corrupted file in the receiver (which may re-installed by reload settings).


    in any case, i did 4-5 questions above, and i just received only one "general" answer...

    openatv εχεις... τι αναβαθμιση πηγες να κανεις δε μας ειπες... online?


    στον sf8008 εχει γινει αλλαγη στο multiboot -drivers-kernel , και θα χρειαστει να ξαναπερασεις (μεσω usb stick) σε flash recovery καποιο χθεσινο η σημερινο openatv, η απο 10/4 και μετα satdreamgr.

    τι αναβαθμιση πηγες να κανεις, πως πηγες να την περασεις? ποιο image χρησιμοποιεις?


    παρακληση, βαλε καποιο αλλο χρωμα στη γραμματοσειρα που γραφεις,γιατι ειναι δυσκολο να διαβαστει (ειδικα αν υπαρχει φως...)

  • hardware multiboot sf8008 problem

    1) openpli do not support multiboot in this release for this receiver. they will in next release (7.3)


    2) there is a change in multiboot for this receiver ( this one you are giving the link) . the receiver now uses a most common multiboot type, which is installing in flash (and not in sd card). this means new drivers, new kernel and every team has to commit this change.

    also this means, that :

    you have to use only old images (old multiboot)

    or you have to use images only images which uses new multiboot (combinations should be done only by changing kernel file, and not recognise multiboot from internal).


    for the moment i tested with success new multiboot , satdreamgr and openatv.

    openeight (as i know) will be ready today or tomorrow (but maybe it is already working) and other teams will follow soon (except openpli... waiting for 7.3)

    λιγο πολυ ναι...

    απλα επειδη το ιχνοδιαγραμμα του συγκεκριμενου δορυφορου ειναι λιγο αλοκοτο... και επειδη εχεις μια ευθεια αποσταση 50χμ περιπου απο Αθηνα,ισως και να υπαρχουν διαφορες. ισως καλυτερα για εσενα επειδη εισαι πιο βορεια, ισως χειροτερα γιατι εισαι πιο ανατολικα...

    μονο καποιος απο εκει γυρω θα απαντησει με βεβαιοτητα, αλλα τα "θεωρητικα" νεα, δεν ειναι ευχαριστα. στα ιχνοδιαγραμματα ο 2G εχει την ευβοια απ εξω...

    (βασικα... ολος ο 28.2 εξω την εχει...)

    ο οδηγος αυτος, εχει καποιες αλλαγες πλεον. το multiboot παει στην flash του δεκτη και οχι στην sd card (αν και μπορουν να δημιουργηθουν και εκει και καποια επιπλεον partition)


    το να δουλευει "σωστα" στον δεκτη σου, απαιτει καποιες προυποθεσεις...


    το πρωτο ειναι οτι θα πρεπει να περασεις (μεσω usb stick και την διαδικασια flash/recovery περι SatDreamGr ) και οχι επαναφορα πληρη settings (εννοειται οτι μπορεις να παρεις backup τις λιστες καναλιων και να τις ξαναπερασεις)


    το δευτερο ειναι, οτι ολα τα image που θα βαλεις, να υποστηριζουν το νεο τυπο multiboot.


    - το image που εχεις τωρα, δεν το υποστηριζει

    - satdreamgr μετα της 10/4

    - οι αλλες ομαδες δεν ξερω ποτε θα βγαλουν τις νεες εκδοσεις...

    στον sf8008, οπως λεει και μια "ατακα" "αυτα που ηξερες να τα ξεχασεις" για το multiboot


    το multiboot του sf8008 εχει αλλαξει (και εχει γινει πλεον πιο κοινο με αλλων δεκτων) ,


    θα δουλευει μονο με τα νεα image (λογω δομης του, νεων driver και kernel) , που το "νεα" για το satdreamgr παει σε ημερομηνια 10/4 και εδω. για τις αλλες ομαδες, νομιζω μονο η openeight εχει βγαλει νεου τυπου image. τα παλια image δεν θα ειναι συμβατα.


    συντομα ολες οι ομαδες θα προχωρησουν στο νεο multiboot, οποτε για να το χρησιμοποιησεις, θα πρεπει να περασεις εκ νεου, καποιο λογισμικο που να το υποστηριζει.(με usb stick και διαδικασια flash image/recovery) αφου κανεις αυτο, μετα μπορεις να χρησιμοποιεις εως 4 διαφορετικα (η και ιδια ) image...

    κατ αρχην, δεν υπαρχει λογος να βιαζεσαι, κανεις δεν ξερει που θα παει τεχνολογικα η δουλεια...


    κατα δευτερον, απ οτι βλεπω ο δεκτης που εχεις, εχει dvbt2 tuner

    επισης, και ενας πολυ μεγαλος αριθμος των δεκτων που κυκλοφορουν στην πιατσα, ειναι επισης combo με t2 tuner... (για τον μελλοντικο δεκτη)

  • Want to get Astra 28.2 and Astra 19.2 on VU Duo2

    ??? i didn't understood clearly, but i think that you have been confused too...


    here are three ways to do it. any of them, has possitives and negatives. you will decide which one is closest to you...


    in any case. you have a dish , a receiver which has 2tuners and you have already two lnbs...(the one has eight outputs you will need one more,depend the way you will follow and the other is installed in the dish? how many outputs?)


    in any case too, you will need an lnb bracket and cable (the meters depends the way you will do, if you will do one ore two sat lines) and one more lnb (also depends the way you will do a single or a twin lnb).



    solutions

    1) one satellite per tuner. you install in your dish the lnbs (the one you show in the picture, and one more "single lnb" , so in any case the one that you own is ok) . in that case you need two cables for lnb/tuner. but as i wrotte above, that way there are limits in simultaneously watching and recording or streamong channels (if this is something that you need).


    2) the same installation of above way, but not two cables... using a diseqc switch to combine the lnbs, only one cable from the dish to one of the receiver tuners, and the setup of your receiver to send the diseq commands (the limits excist here too)


    3) you already have an octo lnb, you need one more twin at least (we do not know the already installed one) and two diseqc switches. you are doing pairs in the installation (19.2 /28,2 in both diseq switches) and two cables from your dish to your receiver (one per tuner. ) in this way (it is the most expensive i think) there is no limit if you watching something, and recording something else the same time

    the sat box is sending just the diseq command. it isn't the switch...

    the how many you will need, depends of how you want to use the receiver.

    you can do what artorius says, not need diseq, you will need to install 2 sat cables and one more single lnb (but not full independent usage in watching /recording-streaming)


    you can use 1 diseq switch and one cable to one of your tuner and one more (single) lnb (also not full independent usage in watching /recording-streaming)


    you can use 2 diseq c switches and 2 twin or more ports lnb (yours looks like 8 port) and two cables to your receiver (full independent usage in watching /recording-streaming)


    in any case, you need a bracket for the second lnb , and a second lnb (the ports depend of which connection you will do)
