Changing the sharing protocol won`t get you an immediate emm update.
You receive emm`s for different packages every other day.
So you will need to wait and monitor what happens over the next week..Many thanks!!, Sorry it may be a dump question, but please correct me cause that is the part I didn't understand, I'm not using any sharing at the moment, I'm using the DVBAPI for local display only so the sharing protocol should not matter? Or you mean emm can only gets updated via sharing?

If the above doesn`t update your card, try changing the sharing protocol to newcamd, or cccam instead of cs357xMany thanks, I have updated my config based on your suggestion, but I left TV on Sky NEWS so no sharing but using [dvbapi] protocol to display locally, am I doing it right? Will leave it for the day and check if anything gets updated, at the moment both "READERS ECM INFO" and "USERS ECM INFO" are showing "All EMM's: 0".

Does anyone know how often should I receive emm update? Current entitlement runs out at the end of March, should I be able to receive emm update now if my OSCAM configuration are correct and I leave it on sky sports1 for like 24 hours for example? Thanks.

Yes, the ID is the serial. But the LNB is the problem, may be too late to ask them to change it now. :(

Hi, I need some help to clear things up for me about the sly germany card. I believe OSCAM supports sly germany card, but if the card is come with CI+ sky cam only (so no sky box), can I still be able to use the card in the OSCAM? So that I could use mumudvb to multi-cast to my LAN?
My concern is that the card will be locked with the CI+ sky cam, so won't work with any other card readers. And the subscription is pretty expensive, so I would like to make sure it will work before ordering. Many thanks!

Hello, I'm thinking about signing a new subscription with BSKYB and on their website you could only choose Sly Q box, I wonder if my viewing card gets paired with the Sly Q box, can I still use it with OSCAM, can I still find the boxID with the Sly Q box? Or should I just sign the subscription and buy a spare Sly+HD box and pairing the card with that instead to be able to use the card and boxid in OSCAM? Thank you.
