I am useless at this type of thing but got a HH5 and got it sorted by way of teamviewer,working 100%,stick with it.

Check the connections again. (F type)

Bring up your sat list and click ok on 28.2 and see if that sorts it.

I think you only get the usb if you order a keyboard with it,
it is the receiver.The keyboard is a good buy.

Darkson are you sure the firmware on the stick is still
in rar format not unzipped,just a thought.

Hi darkson,I do not know enought to be able to give you advice but
hang in there and you will get the answer you need I hope. I followed
cazuela's advice and had no problems thank goodness,hope you get
sorted as its a great box.

My cursor moves where I want it to but works best when I hold remote sideways
to the box,would above resetting cure this do you think?

You can have the receiver wirelessly but need a cable connection between it and the TV

Anyone here with boxnation on their local having problems
with freezing this past week or two. My server opens all channels
I'm entitled to except boxnation which it keeps loosing. When I stop
and restart cams it works but when I change channel then go back
again it has stopped reading the card but other channels such as RTE
etc still work. I am useing a duo2 with vix image with latest Apollo 080.
Any ideas please before I have no hair left.
