CodeHello, I managed to install open atv 7,5,1 but I have problems with the sound on hispasat, the sound is not working? Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?
Is it the same with the 5.4.1.009 image ?

ME honestly i never tried installing an image direct on SD card , so i cant be much of help on this one.Im currently working on something else , which i wont stop to try investigating the SD issue , im sorry :(. In fact for my testing im using the 5.4.009 verion , for teh past 2 months i have build and flash over 400 images , and non of them fail booting. -

I meant only the original via SD, not via GPT, as there is a gemini image via SD card. It wouldn't be bad if you find an old version of Open BH via SD card, send it to me.

I know that it was possible to install it on an SD card a year ago. I had an older version of openbh image, but I deleted it somewhere on the computer. Why don't they make it possible to install it on the SD card on the dreambox two. Many people have problems because they cannot install it directly via the website.
you have the 2 files , which you can use to flash the image , either direct or for SD , but the issue could come of the way you are going flash it as GPT of OEA or "Original"- which the latest version doesnt support openimages.which is the old version , which you have deleted , maybe i have it somewhere.

the images i test them mainly direct on flash .i dont test them on SD

Yes, but 5.5.1 , just been out .Im working on somehting else.Anyway . on my feed server i cant have more than one version 5.4.1 or 5.5.1 -limit space.

For now that it is a common issue between DreamOS based images and openX images for dreamone and dreamtwo.The avsync approach on DreamOS and OpenX images is different , which leads to this.So its not ATV issue, neither hardware , but related to the closed source of DP.The next logic question -When this will be fixed . If it is up to DP its never :D , as you can see there are no updates for those boxes for ages. About the openX images its WIP , when the free time allows us :) .Current task is the avsync to work on the openX images :)

Maybe I need a proxy to access it? Network test seems OK and my LINK is green
reboot ,reflash image ... It works over here and also been confirm from Warder , so issue is somewhere there :) .Cant look into this as im working on some new updates :)

Feeds are working now.Finally domain issue is resolved :)

what is the password for root?

First file you flash it over webinterface by entering the IP in the internet explorer ( chrome , firefox...) and following the steps
The second , you will need to read/watch a bit
The root password - need to be setup with the GUI or over telnet -

after a very quick look :the first crush is due to audio codec most probably., but on that someone else is working on . The second log is shows relation to softcam( not finding the socket in the temp folder ) i think :D . i will install later oscam and check , but that could be to a specific softcam /stream .....
